Great experience, choosing and buying sofas at DFS.
From walking in the store, the atmosphere was welcoming, air conditioning making it feel comfortable, great lighting and clean, clear to browse store. Staff greeted hello but allowed us to browse freely for a while before offering their help. I love this, I find it better than being followed around .
When choosing our sofas our salesman ( Mo)was friendly, helpful and explained everything clearly, giving all options.
We always buy our sofas at DFS.

We checked all the sofas and chairs without being pestered by staff.
They were there when needed and were extremly helpful. They explained everything . I am very happy with my lazyboy.

I got a very good deal on a leather…
I got a very good deal on a leather chair. That part was easy. The delivery took to long. 2 weeks. I only live down the road. But it was picked up from store. Taken to Colchester or Chelmsford. Then dropped off at my address
