DFS Furniture - Preston Omdömen 

I only went in for a look round. What I seen was great, so I got talking to one of your staff he sat down and talk he was very good.

Staff friendly and kind, no question was too much and they were very efficient with information, sale and details about delivery! 100% recommend.

Salesman Gregg, was very helpful at the Preston branch very knowledgeable, made buying our new sofa easy.

Service was great and Grant explained everything easily

Staff in the Preston store were very helpful i have no complaints in that department. I only gave it 1 star because when we received the delivery of the sofa one of them had a scratch on it so we had to wait another week until they delivered a replacement. Today they tried to deliver but it was the wrong one!! Very dissapointed now we have to wait another week til we have the right one delivered.

I dealt with Lee at the Preston store.
He went through the options well and explained everything clearly.
Laid out the options and costings in a simple and easy to follow format.

Denzil opened the door for me before I even got to it, he was very charming and welcoming. Pointed me the right direction and let me browse the store. Once I had decided on a choice of 2 sofas, Ibby helped me with the paperwork and explained everything in full. He was very knowledgeable about the products and didn't rush me at all. All in all, a great experience. Thank you.

Mohammed was very helpful without being intrusive,
He was able to provide answers to our questions and show us a selection of furniture that was within our remit.

Polite sales person- not at all pushy. Listened to my requirements and assisted accordingly. Order not yet arrived so cannot comment on product yet. Good explanation of how to keep furniture in best condition and price negotiation made it all a pleasant transaction.

Having spent £2000 on a sofa I added a table lamp to the order for £199. I paid £800 deposit and the rest to be paid just before delivery in 3 months. A week later I receive an email telling me because I added a lamp I need to pay the full balance before the order can be continued. This was not explained when ordering and the £800 deposit more the covers for the table, so WHY do I need to now pay in full ??? Just another way of extorting more money from your customers…. Terrible customer service 🤬🤬

Ian was very nice to us and patient, he explained all the details nicely and didn't put pressure to us to buy something more expensive ,or more stuff like others do, he offered exactly what we wanted , been good advicer and helped us with all the details, he is the best! I highly recommend him if you want to buy any DFS furniture in Preston!Thanks

I visited the preston store Saturday afternoon with an idea of what I wanted in mind,the staff listened to what I wanted and pointed me in the right direction,but also giving me space to look around and try out all sofas.Then when I found what I was looking for Lee was there to help me with questions I had,and take me through the buying process, and essentially I bought the sofa,was a pleasant experience,happy with what I chose and the service I received

Very helpful salesman. I am in a wheelchair and he listened really well to our needs. Showed us some options and pointed out other suites that he thought would be suitable for our taste and my needs. We eventually settled on one and he explained everything well and clearly.
Delivery will be in 2 weeks which is also an huge bonus.
Our experience was very good, which is vastly different from my previous experience of DFS, that put me off returning for years.
I just hope that the product lasts when received.
