Heather (my birthday twin!) was so helpful and friendly. She had the perfect balance of giving us time to look around but being available to answer any questions we had, and was really knowledgeable about the sofa we ended up buying. I had a really lovely experience in DFS Paisley, I was made to feel welcome by Koray who helped me from start to finish.
It felt like a chilled atmosphere, and didn't feel like I was being pushed into anything. Koray really listened to me and even made some suggestions that would suit my home.

Staff lovely and not overbearing
Bright and nicely laid out store. We dealt with Heather who was lovely and not too overbearing and very patient with me when I could not decide and kept changing my mind. Coffee was great too.
