I found the perfect sofa bundle and with Ruairidh's help I was able to confirm it would be the perfect fit for my house and concluded the purchase online after after I had checked my my measurements at home. Ruairidh kept me informed of everything at all stages by calling me and confirming all details.

Good start but not good service afterwards
Salesperson pleasant and took care with us. Problems started when the Sofas arrived, not setup as promised, just delivered, one missing legs and the easy gliders for both missing. Legs arrived nearly 4 months later. Still waiting for the gliders. Offered £27 refund for the gliders. Disappointed with this.
