DFS Furniture - Llantrisant Omdömen 

I popped into DFS just to see if there was any new designs. I was greeted by a lovely young gentleman called Mackenzie.
He was very helpful in finding me a lovely suite, telling me about what it's made of and how to keep it in good condition. The price was good to. He explained on who to contact after having the Scotch guard Treatment if there was any stains or damage to the settees that I couldn't clean or repair myself.
Mackenzie was a very informative assistant. He answered anything that was on my mind and the whole process was smooth and I wasn't rushed into buying anything I didn't want.
Great experience in the Talbot Green branch of DFS.

What a lovely experience buying a new sofa. We went to store to look at a sofa I'd seen online & I'm really glad I did as it wasn't the one for me. The saleman Grant was really helpful and not pushy whatsoever. Showed me another alternative which was perfect. Swiftly ordered with him and looking forward to delivery in a couple of months.

No pushy salesperson but efficiently helpful when needed

No big pressure but very helpful at the same time .staff was very helpful and had very good knowledge of every sofa I looked at and helped me with visualising different ways of positioning each part of sofa would also like to thank the young lady who helped by the name of Leah who worked there and young man Lewis who helped too so polite

Myself and my partner had a great experience purchasing a sofa in the Llantrisant store today. Mackenzie was very knowledgeable and helpful when explaining the process and what additional products were on offer. I would highly recommend going into store as we saw sofas online and changed our mind after seeing them in person.

Gary was a pleasure to deal with. Very helpful and knowledgeable. Excellent service.

Before you buy furniture from this lot, take a look at the reviews of their delivery company "The Sofa Delivery Company".
Thugs in a van that do not care about the furniture they deliver or your property, they certainly do not care about customer service.
Needless to say they ruined the furniture they delivered, in my opinion they try to hide the fact they damaged it and left as soon as possible.
I am still waiting for a customer service manager to call to arrange a return of the damaged furniture and cancellation of order.

Marvellous experience , this is about the 5th item I have bought off DFS, Gary approached me after about 5 mins of entering the store , wasn’t too pushy just pointed me in the right direction of the recliners. I called him back over when I pitched the sofa I wanted, we discussed my options, fabric, extras, delivery etc. offered me a drink . Made sure I understood everything , took my details , wi fi was playing up so I went to do some shopping came back and it was all done. Fantastic

This was our second time visiting llantristant. We popped in on the weekend & seen what we wanted so returned mid week to finalise things & met Josh.
Josh was great. He went thought the sofa fabrics & details with us. Put us at ease.
Went through online options.
