Another great experience at DFS Hereford. Louise was brilliant and helped me purchase my dream chair. She was very knowledgeable, patient and so professional. The interest free option was explained to me and my order was triple checked. I can’t wait for the delivery.

Staff were excellent
Staff were excellent, and because l had a bit of a wait to talk with a member of staff as they were busy, l was offered a mug of coffee, which was very nice and much appreciated. Now wait for next possible 12 weeks before armchair is ready for delivery , which is fine by me. So watch this space.
