SOFA SO GOOD
When we arrived in store we were greeted by Samira and on telling her which sofa we were looking for she directed us to it and allowed us to sit and discuss our options when we were ready and called her over she came and was very polite helpful and not pushy we told her our requests and she was both professional and caring to our requirements not over pushing the options great customer service and would recommend DFS sofa!!!

I was very pleased with the service received (Mo - Sales Advisor). He was very professional, friendly and understood what I wanted, he explained all I needed to know about the Nevara suite that I wanted, guarantees and care of product.

Within a short space of time Tom & I…
Within a short space of time Tom & I had a good rapport, told him what I was looking for & he showed me my choices, he asked about budget, purpose, size, long term appearance/wear, colour, level of comfort & delivery access amongst other things, Tom's thorough which helped my decision. Now the sofa needs to arrive & absolutely needs to knock the ball out of the park for myself & family. Lets wait & see.

the staff were very polite friendly and they provided excellent customer service throughout.
Special shoutout to Tom who was super helpful and very knowledgeable as well.
