On the first day I visited the store I was greeted by advisor Karema, with a warm smile. She was helpful and very patient in listening to my request and showing me around the store. Excellent customer service.

Shaz? whom we had met at the initial visit and Tom?with whom we dealt for an actual ( though different) purchase were both excellent. Tom was efficient and supportive in helping me decide on the combination as I was disappointed that, unfortunately, what I actually wanted couldn't fit my space. Thank you.

i was treated so well by one of your team members at the charlton store. a guy called tom. he was so informative, very educated on sofa sizes and designs and made my experience unique. i have in the past shopped at otber stores such as sofology etc but after the service i recieved i will only use dfs from now on. he was very honest about dates and the processes which made it really relaxed and comfortable for me. this guy is a credit to your company i must say. a great experience and a happy customer!
