The experience was great and cheerful staff very helpful.

We recently purchased the Harlan 2-Seater and 3-Seater sofas from DFS, and we couldn't be happier with the experience.

From the moment we walked in, the staffs were incredibly welcoming, courteous, and attentive without ever feeling pushy. They gave us plenty of space to browse while remaining on hand to answer all our questions.

What really stood out was how thorough they were in explaining sofa maintenance. They gave us clear, practical advice on how to properly care for the leather at home to keep the pieces looking brand new for years to come.

His polite manner, excellent communication and genuine willingness to help made our experience at DFS enjoyable and stress-free.
