Excellent service from Matt (Mathew) @ the Giltbrook Store . He managed to get the scatter cushions made for us in a more suitable colour for our colour scheme. One set came in the wrong colour but this was soon rectified.

Excellent service, perfect products
Welcoming, attentive service without being overpowering or off-putting. Allowed us to take our time with choosing without being bothered and when we were ready, made the whole process straight-forward and easy. Tried a few stores before DFS but found what was needed here.

My wife and I were looking for a 2 seater sofa. The showroom was quite large with a wide variety of furniture. After a few minutes, an advisor, P71 - Bob approached us and soon put us at our ease.
