Great customer service from the young man who sold us the footstool great ideas from him as purchased two sofas from DFS 4 years ago but didn’t have that particular brand anymore great idea from him brought up the colour and stool enlarged for us to see. His warm and characterful personality shine through. He stayed much later to complete the sale and didn't rush us although it was gone 8pm.

Great service.

My experience was great with dfs the lady was very helpful, but when my sofa came it’s not the colour I hoped for , I’m very disappointed it said it was black , but looked dark grey on the sample , amd when delivered it’s navy blue , I hate it and very uncomfortable
