Not just a sofa
I have been in 4 times to DFS Eastbourne - each time, no pressure or hard sale. Just extremely helpful and knowledgeable staff.
Today I purchased the sofa having really chatted with Tracey and she really helped to identify the best options for our home.
Giving g me time to consider and really decide what was best for us.
Very helpful, extremely supportive and gave us the best advice.

Shopping for a new sofa
I was met by a lady named Tracey who asked if she could help in any way, or if I was happy just browsing.
I explained what I wanted and she took me straight to a sofa that fitted the bill. She was very helpful, explained the benefits, prices, extra options and likely delivery time. She offered me a drink and was very pleasant through out. I couldn’t have had a better experience.
