Choosing a new sofa.
My wife and daughter came with me to help choose a new sofa. We tried several styles and fabrics, and finally settled on the sofa and an armchair that we all agreed on. The sales person was very helpful and knowledgeable, and explained things to us about how the furniture was made and the fabrics used. We were very happy with the whole process.

Knowledgable and Helpful Staff
I had a very positive experience in the Droitwich showroom. All the staff I encountered were very pleasant and helpful. I mainly dealt with Lee who provided greta service and demonstrated a lot of knowledge about all the products on offer and genuine enthusiasm for their quality.

Both sales people we dealt with (Michelle & Lee) were extremely knowledgeable about the product and were able to advise and answer all our questions.
