Excellent service
We came into the Carlisle store today to look for a new sofa. Having a fair idea what we were looking for. After about 5 mins looking Robyn came over to assist us. She answered all our queries and helped us to make our decision. We actually ended up buy a sofa. Robyn was excellent and a credit to your DFS.

When looking at DFS Carlisle, Ask for Rachel.
Rachel deserves 10 stars, for her knowledge on each and every sofa we sat on...haha. Rachel was friendly, helpful and listened.
We finally chose the last one we sat on, it was so comfy.
She let us browse at our own pace didn't pester us at all, she was there when I gave her that look, when hubby kept wandering off , as they do!!
Excellent service Rachel, we would definitely recommend & makes a good mocha chocca.

From entering the store to purchasing our furniture we did not feel any pressure at all into buying. The saleperson Ellie was extremely helpful, knowledgable and professional in helping us choose the furniture we wanted.

Sofa bed purchase
Hi , the shop was busy when I arrived , so I waited for a staff member to become free which was Jackub ( not sure of the spelling ) he was was very helpful and gave me space to make a decision as I was communicating with my husband via txt as the sofa beds we had seen on line , Carlisle store didn’t stock so I had to start again with the stock , Carlisle store had in . Overall a good experience
