DFS Furniture - Cardiff Omdömen 

Friendly staff and lots of furniture to view except the ones we looked at online. Ended up buying a new sofa that had been ordered but cancelled and the delivery was then only two weeks . Was not expecting the £100+ delivery cost

Customer service was spot on, the sofa I wanted was not in store but the sales assistant helped me understand what it would feel like to sit on through another sofa in store and showed me colours & fabric on another sofa… this helped me to decide & make ky purchase.

Myself, partner and children visited the store today.
Zeena took us around the store and helped us decide on our new sofas. She asked all the right questions, was polite and so helpful with the whole process.

I popped in on Saturday to check out if the store had something my wife would like. Vanna was really friendly and helpful. Today we met Sameera. Like Vanna Sameera was a pleasure to chat to. My wife and I have purchased 2 new super comfortable electric recliners. They come with a range of options and we’ve gone for adjustable headrests and full leather. Thanks to the exemplary customer service from Sameera and Vanna we had a great time. All options were fully explained and there was no pressure to buy. There is also a range of finance options to suit every budget. Thank you ladies for your help in choosing some furniture that we hope to enjoy for many years to come 😀

Zeena was incredibly friendly and helpful from start to finish. I had done a lot of online shopping prior to coming in so had a good idea of what we wanted but Zeena still took the time to explain all the options so we fully understood what the benefits were.

The òne star is for the delivery men who were perfect gentlemen, I give thumbs down to everyone else at DFS.
We went into the store at Leckwith Cardiff with our accurate measurements & were guided throughout by who we thought was a fully trained sales assistant, an expert in her field we assumed but unfortunately this was not the case & we were delivered a sofa ( very expensive!) that didn't fit.
Our story is not yet 2 weeks old & already we have been told by the regional manager that there is nothing DFS can do to help.
In numerous phone calls to customer services, emails to as many people as I can seek out, even the CEO, quoting my rights as a consumer, making reference to relevant legislation, DFS are apparently above the law & just say like a stuck record, your problem, nothing we are prepared to do. What we are doing as a starting point is making our voices heard on as many social media platforms as we can access, starting here DFS Leckwith Cardiff.
My health is not great but do they care ? Absolutely not !!! Care is treating people fairly & within lawful boundaries.
We have been overspoken, had the phone put down on us, told over & over we are to blame.
We have a sofa more or less blocking off our living room, it's really difficult to mobilise safely around it, it's not even 2 weeks old & DFS have switched off.
Also you are dealing with some sort of secret service as there's only 1 number & no one wants to give their name.

The customer service phone number is the only point of contact, you can be kept waiting up to one hour, they say this issue is a shop problem nothing to do with them, no direct number for shop, customer services transfer you but the shop don't answer or are rude & unhelpful if they do.
As you can see the automated response from customer services is so unreliable as the order reference number has been provided . As inhumane as you can possibly get DFS.
