We visited this store on the 30/07/2026 and the customer service rep (apologies i cannot remember the name but its the young Somalian brother) the service he provided was so good! He explained everything throughly, was patient and answered our questions. Give this guy a raise!! Honestly we cannot fault anything and he is a credit to DFS! He deserves a raise!!!

Visited staples corner store on a Sunday as we were in the area. Was seen by Jazz who explained answered and advised on the sofas we looked at and subsequently went back on Wednesday and was seen by her colleague Sophie and went through the order. Was happy with the service provided by both the advisors and no pressure. placed the order.
