I'd recommend DFS because of its excellent customer service and variety of products! We went to the DFS store in Brent Cross to buy a reclining chair, and a member of staff, Sophie, helped us a lot by explaining the entire process for placing the order, maintenance, guarantee, payment options, and delivery. Sophie was very attentive to our queries, patient and professional with us as we decided on the purchase. Buying this item is a significant investment for my family, and we appreciate that Sophie's customer service was on point, making the whole process more enjoyable and easy!

First time buyer from DFS and I must say what an excellent customer service I received from this lovely lady. The customer service advisor was extremely friendly and helpful above all she had great knowledge of the sofa I was purchasing and was willing to answer all questions and queries I had before making the purchase. All the other staff were friendly too and the store had a variety of ranges to choose from.just waiting for my new sofa to arrive soon

From start to finish, Gary made our sofa-buying experience easy and genuinely enjoyable. He listened carefully to what we needed—size, fabric durability with pets/kids, and a specific colour palette and then guided us through options without any pressure. He explained this in that was clear and honest, and he even mapped out how the sofa would fit in our room so we could visualise it properly.
Gary double-checked lead times, made sure the measurements would work with our doorway and suggested practical add-ons (stain protection and care tips) that actually made sense. Thanks to his patience and product knowledge, we felt completely confident in our choice and the sofa we picked is exactly right for our space

The staff were so helpful in the Brent Cross store We kind of knew the sofa’s we wanted .Once we decided our choice we felt no pressure selling but making sure we were well taken care of

The lady that helped show us round Shameela, was very lovely, knowledgable and helpful. We asked for a specific sized sofa and she was extremely attentive and friendly. We ended up purchasing a sofa, coffee table and a dining room table with chairs. She made our experience stress free and I would highly recommend coming here!

I had a very supportive day i needed something for my too son but couldn't afford expensive one so the sale lady sit with us and assisted us with what we could afford.i love dfs store as they care about their costumer needs.

Coming in with a sofa style in mind and then finding out it actually will not fit or look right in the room is disappointing BUT being in the knowledgeable hands of DFS sales person, Alona, soon brought back the smiles. She took time to understand the space and usage of what was needed and recommended a brilliant sofa set that looked great, ticked the boxes and all within budget. We never felt rushed or pressured, but fully felt heard and looked after. Thank you DFS!
