The store smells amaising, always is.
The staff are amaising, was seen by the manager yesterday who was so helpful, went back today with family member to help me decide, we were helped by Tim and I finally made my purchase through him, all very easy and a pleasure. I went to this store after the furniture warehouse staff couldn't have cared less, sooo pleased I did.

A good experience
A thorough, unfussy, considerate experience completing an order for a piece of furniture which, to us was a lot of expense. However, it was reasonably priced, and there was no pressure sale, which we have experienced before elsewhere. We were welcomed and made comfortable throughout the purchase.
