Took more than a month to get 2 books delivered and I eventually even got just one copy. Very bad delivery and customer care services. On top of it the delivery address was in London!

Didn't really care about order.
Ordered product. They sent me message that there was a problem with my credit card. I call AMEX who said there was no such problem. Dezeen wanted copy of my bank statement which I would never give out. I offered to send them AMEX traveler's checks ( in pound sterling ) which they wouldn''t accept. I would not even attempt to do business with them again

Due to the high value of our goods we run system security checks on all of our orders to ensure that there has been no fraudulent activity.
In rare occasions an order will be flagged by our system that may be potentially fraudulent to which we contact the customer. To verify they have authorised the payment we request a screenshot of only the transaction in their bank statement, not the customer's personal bank details.
Our number one objective is to satisfy customers but we also do manage risk on behalf of customers.
For these reasons we are also unable to accept traveller's cheques as we cannot run fraud checks on them to ensure their authenticity.

Service was fast and seamless. The product (Linjer Minimalist man watch) is a wonderfully crafted object, which I am very happy with: precise, good looking and very easy to read. Best watch I ever had.

Never had an issue, that's why I'm a regular.
Have to say Dezeen have never let me down. Orders always arrive promptly. On one occasion where there was a slight fault in the product and they dealt with superbly, had my replacement within a few days.

EXCELLENT in every way!!
I found the staff extremely helpful and pleasant,

I will definitely purchase watches from Dezeen watch shop again, in fact I have already requested notification of new stock in for purchasing two NAVA ORA UNICA 42 mm Black watches for gifts! Definitely would recommend this Company! !

Amazing service
When I read the story about the design of a watch you had advertised in your online store (the Bradley + Dezeen), I was totally inspired to purchase the watch for a Christmas present to myself. I ordered the watch on the Friday and it was delivered to me on the Tuesday in New Zealand ... now that is incredible service! I love the watch. It is a beautiful piece of art, design and such a practical timepiece. Thank you.

stiff strap, with non durable aspect
The watch it's beautiful, very minimalistic, it meets my expectations as a design piece, but for the price paid, the movement feels very cheap and unprecise, also the leather strap degrades very easy, making it feel fragile, stiff and non durable after a month of use.

All transactions were on line. I placed order from Winnipeg Manitoba on Sunday and receive parcel on Tuesday. Totally amazing.
With free shipping, price was less than in Canadian stores (price + duty).
Product fits great and looks great too.
