Det här tycker kunderna
Very relieved that DPD were able to defer delivery until Wednesday. The Cornis oil was affordably priced by Dewaldens. Somewhere between the garden centre and the carrier, the postcode is incorrect.... Se mer
Myself and friend go to the garden centre every week sometimes at the weekend with my husband I like the fact you can park your car the staff are always welcoming and nice. Food is always fresh
The only company who had the particular bird feeder I wanted so I bought two at great price. Well packed and fast delivery.

Reluctant assistant
I got used to click and collect and I have used it for most of the year I would prefer a choice. For many years the customer service has been 5 star. but last visit to collect 2 x 15Kg butane gas bottles the young man from the cycle shed expected me to load by myself & reluctantly said he would lift one end I told him I could get help for the other end and suddenly he managed on his own. I am 79 years old

Svar från Dewaldens Garden Centre & Coffee Shop - Ayrshire
Good Morning Bill, Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. I am sorry that your last visit did not meet your expectations. The staff member was helping us out and has got a broken hand and is why he asked for a hand lifting it on this occasion. We hope to see you again soon and that your experience will be a better one. Best Regards Dewaldens.

No Tap Water
The "no tap water, we sell bottles" policy is rediculous. Legal or not, when buying food and hot drinks, free tap water should be a standard policy. We have been to many, many restaurants and cafes around Scotland, and around the world. We have never been refused tap water anywhere else with our hot drinks. I notice you have a "standard" reply to this complaint. Just because people choose not to publish on Trust pilot doesn't mean it's not an issue. Today, we personally overheard 2 tables expressing the same sentiment. Definitely won't be back!

I can't praise De Waldens high enough
I can't praise De Waldens high enough - I placed my order on Tuesday morning and it was despatched the same day for delivery the following day. Delivery was also easy and very prompt. Therefore I can highly recommend Dr Waldens as both very professional and customer focused. From a very happy customer.

Brilliant super fast delivery and a good price too
I ordered Chempak fertilizer for my succulents at 8pm.Super fast delivery with the order dispatched to me the next morning and arriving within 48 hours from the time of purchase. I very much appreciate not only the speed of delivery, but also the free delivery option for orders over £75. Highly recommended seller. Many thanks.
