Ordered spots and they were great value

Arrived on time good product easy to assemble exellent

Faulty Parasol contact on several occasions UK and Germany but as they say silence is golden so taking this to the European Small Claims court

Ellen emailed me I was allowed to respond, she emailed again an dthen my response below just bounces back.

Every email bounces back now - as initially advised Aug/Sep 25 the metal on the pole is damaged so you cannot screw the bottom pole into the top one therefore rendering the parasol unfit for purpose as it cannot ne used.

Hi Ellen

I was able to to a couple of times then emails bounced back. To reiterate the pararsol cannot be used therefore is not fit for purpouse and the top pole metal part where ypou screw the bottom pole in is damaged so cannot screw the 2 parts together.
A refund or replacement would solve the problem.

Have tried replying to Ellens email but they bounce back the only concusion I can draw is my email address is blocked as they have no intention of replacing the parasol that does not comply with the Consumer Act 2015 nor refund my money.

We haven’t had a chance to use the items yet but we are very happy with the quality of the product.

Second time I have ordered the same kitchen bin. Both orders initially accepted with email acknowledgement. Both cancelled on their website when I was checking progress. First time I thought the problem might be they did not accept the Amex card I used. Changed to Mastercard for the second order but same again. No reasons given so you could wait a long time to get nothing if you are not proactive.
•PS Originally gave this 1 Star but the matter was resolved finally and the bin actually went to my eldest son. I think without the glitches 4 or even 5 Stars would be possible. •

I ordered German Christmas pyramid/ windmill it was a great price quality item and arrived quickly and well packaged.

I purchased a very good quality bike maintenance stand at an excellent price.
Despite being ordered over the festive period, it was packed and dispatched very quickly.
When the delivery company messed up, by attempting delivery to the wrong address, I had reassuring and quick email responses from Deubaxxl (this was courier mistake).
I highly recommend Deuba.xxl and will gladly purchase from them again

The delivery was super quick, thank you. BUT the galvanised part of the barrow arrived with scratches and it was difficult to assemble. The two parts of the frame were difficult to align and the bolts had no means of holding the top when tightening. Good job I have a tool kit!

The wheelbarrow is robust enough but it was very difficult to get the bolts in place. This is because the flat head of the bolt cannot be held in place whilst the lock nuts are applied. A cross head bolt is needed. Putting 5 bolts in place took me nearly 2 hours, whereas it should have taken 15 minutes with the right bolt.

I found their customer service to be amazing… quick response time to email contact and an easily sorted solution to my query.
I would definitely order from them again.

Is no longer in stock and a refund issued, then, go online and the product is still showing in stock! Jokers, don’t bother attempting to buy!

Great wheelbarrow, great price, quick delivery. One minor feedback is the bolts that hold the trough to the frame spin despite having a square portion on the shank of the bolt...this doesn't work well. A change to button head screws with an allen hex drive would make it a perfect wheelbarrow and worth paying a few pennies more.

I have been asked to review before I have received my order. The tracking No is not recognised and customer services have so far not given me any idea of what the problem is or when I will get my delivery
Customer services eventually responded and advised that the it appeared the delivery company had lost the package. DeubaXXL issued a full refund.
A few days later the parcel was delivered.

Good quality. The price was extremely good and as described. Would highly recommend.

Awful customer service. Bench arrived a a 60th birthday present, 3 parts broken, they have managed to send the wrong parts twice now and have stopped replying to emails. I would avoid at all costs, its now been 2 months since I placed the order, how hard is it to replace broken bits caused by useless packaging!!

The whole experience was easy and efficient from ordering the wheel arrow to its delivery. The price was great too.

Quick delivery. 80l automatic bin is as described and works. We use the usb lead .

Recently purchased a new tree, went for a pre-lit one this time and I'm really pleased with the quality. Nice quick delivery and at a reasonable price too. Can't wait to put it up.
