This is the item that I have purchased from Deuba. As usual great value for money and decent quality

product was shipped promptly and is very solid. Seems quite high-quality. However, I was not expecting the amount of assembly that was required. It took two people over an hour.

I purchased two items, a bench and a storage box and am extremely pleased with both. Well made, good looking, light to manoeuvre on the balcony. Thoughtful design of a waterproof 'bag' inside the box and easy to open. Despite saying it was a 2 man job to put together, I can proudly say that a single OAP managed the job alone!

Great service

The product was very good but once my order had gone in it was difficult o get any updates rom your web site and using your on line chat was impossible to use it kept telling me my email was incorrect, I could not get building instructions and DHL told me they were delivering and then they said they didn't have my order

I bought two folding chairs, a small folding table and a metal storage box for patio furniture cushions.
The quality of all the items is excellent and the value for money is very good. I am pleased with all the items.
So why only four stars?
The instructions for assembly of the chairs and the box leave quite a bit to be desired. I have built more flat pack items than I can count, and I pride myself on being good at it. I also get asked to assemble items for other people, but it would be helpful to have a few more, and better, illustrations.
Also if you order the storage box, and you should, it's excellent, allow an hour plus to remove the protective plastic film from the panels. (This is not mentioned anywhere.)

The parcels could not be delivered by YODAL as the address was insufficient and have now been returned to the supplier. The supplier customer service is AI generated which is useless.

It was easy to manoevour the website and find what I was looking for. The order arrived within days without any problems for Germany. It was packed safely for transit and nothing was broken. The chiminea was easy to construct and has since worked perfectly. I was impressed with DeubaXXL UK. I hope to work with them again, and soon. Thank you.
