Awful customer Services- Collected a brand new car - damage all over - taken 4 months to correct some damage and still some outstanding. Rude staff. Stay away!

Excellent customer service - thank you Desira Gt Yarmouth. We had to take our Nissan Juke (2017) to be checked for a software update as the radio kept cutting out. We received a courtesy car for the day (£12 for insurance) and that was it! They said they would check for winter anti freeze etc - but apparently it was not needed therefore, no charge. I would not hesitate purchasing a car again from Desira - top marks!

Condescending and rude customer service. Really appalling. Have been a customer for years, but will have to find someplace else.

Also, they have discontinued valet service blaming covid. Bad service.

I went to Desira Diss Norfolk. I meet with their salesman Damon. He helped me choose my new car, without any pressure at all. He was very polite and professional throughout our conversations. He gave me plenty of information and time to consider my options. No hard sell at all. Damon understood my requirements and did exactly what he said he was going to do. New car ready on time and absolutely fantastic.

Warning don’t buy a Citroen

We bought one and latter found out Citroen really should not be selling cars. We had a problem with the ad-blue which if you investigate is very common. Peugeot use the same parts and as soon as they found the problem had a recall on it. We are looking at over £1000 on a £7500 car they sold us to put it right. Admittedly are problem is with a diesel but the same attitude will apply to everything they sell. Plenty of good cars about keep away from this lot.

I have been using Desira of Bury St Edmunds for 8 years now and I have always had first class service from them and I will not go elsewhere .

Excellent service and MOT today. Customer service oculdn't be better, very professinal and friendly. Video of checks on tires was great and they were honest when a part they origninally quoted as part of service to be replaced didn't need to be and removed from cost. Highly recommend. This review is about Desira, Heigham Rd Norwich. I bought my Jeep from them a year ago and was very impressed then by the excellence of the service and the relaxed and friendly atmosphere. Since then I've had the 1st yearly check and a couple of other visits for extras. They continue to impress and the overall feeling is one of confidence and reassuring service. Not common in most dealerships.

Purchased a vw caddy from them GREAT YARMOUTH BRANCH with my relative in tow. On the day showed the salesman the many chips in the windscreen and the lack of spare key and service book to which he said he would sort out for us. I left it in his hands for months as I used to be in the trade so understand how it goes. Developed hugely noisy front brakes so also went back and they replaced the break pads. Still no mention when they would change the screen or get the service book and spare key even tho I had left it in there capable hands with also a note on the system. Many months went by with no call or feedback for the screen etc and I went back for the brakes about a week after the pads replaced and they finally changed the discs. Many months still waiting and my mot comes up...... Took the van back because the cracks in the screen had now become a huge crack brakes still squealing and then I get an advisory on my mot saying that the brake discs are too small. So in the weeks before my mot I took it in for the screen and they fobbed me off as there is no note of it then when I say about the brakes they do not care to actually rectify there mistakes also no service book or key at all. Disgusting service slow useless service no afters ales whatsoever and standards that befit a scrap yard. Will be avoiding at all costs now I've seen some disregard in my time but this hit an all time low.

Just bought a 2017 Peugeot 3008 from George at Bury St Edmunds. I received exceptional service from him. The car was priced at £500 below the Autotrader guide price and I got a fair price for my part exchange. Very pleased.

Will definitely never use this company again. Purchased a 2017 Nissan Note in exchange for our car. Got done over with the price for our car. They sold it for nearly double what they gave us for it! The new car was meant to have been MOT'd by them in January but only received the front page of the MOT. Had a service by our usual guy and faults with the car. Had to replace the sump gasket and inner c/v boot which we paid for. Also the handbrake needed fixing. Not bad for a car that had been MOT'd a month beforehand! Water getting in front headlamp and tried to get them to resolve this. Not covered under the warranty. They were aware of this before we collected the car as the headlamp had dead flies in it. They said they tried to get out as many as they could. They were still cleaning the car on the day we collected it even though they knew a week beforehand of our collection time! Hardly looked like it had been valeted anyway. Spent nearly £400 on top of the price of the car. Over friendly until transaction has completed then don't want to know. Never had any problems when purchasing from other garages, even independent ones so expected a well known company to look after its customers. Always had issues resolved no questions asked. Will go elsewhere next time.

I'd be seriously concerned about the ethics of this company!
The hard sell is what you'll probably get in my opinion, disguised as friendly banter. Sincerely insincere..

This alone is "TOTALLY-UNACCEPTABLE!"
A mandatory non-refundable deposit again in my opinion is totally unacceptable and £500 at that. Your choice! but I feel the company should be ashamed of using this tactic. I'm pretty sure 'BY LAW' you'd be entitled to a cooling off period.

The used cars are presented in a at best a "lackluster way" and the pitch from the sales team is a bit: take-it or leave-it.
The warranty offered is not great and at £350 to upgrade I'm sure theirs a nice little commission made.
Paint protection, Scotch Guard and GAP {by another name} will all cost the unaware as they are also pushed.

I walked away from this shower and I'd advise the same of you.

Had my car serviced at Great Yarmouth Desira and I must say that they could not have been more informative and helpful. The value was good, the service quick and professional. The result cleaned, hoovered, perfect. I certainly recommend Desira.

Outrageous pricing structure

Called the Norwich parts dept to see if I could buy some new bump stops for my rear suspension on my Fiat Doblo (priced between £12 and £16 online each including postage). The guy who answered was pleasant and knowledgeable. Before giving me the price he said "they are not the cheapest!) Quoted me £69 each!!!! At those prices I will never use them for parts or servicing

After spotting a nearly new Suzuki car that I wanted online at Desira Suzuki in Norwich I was somewhat wary about buying from a dealer 100 miles from where I live (rather than from my local Suzuki garage). But after a phonecall with Emma in sales I decided to take the risk and go to see the vehicle. The car was exactly as described, and the staff (Emma - sales Executive, and Alex - Sales Manger) were an absolute pleasure to deal with. A fortnight later and I'm still delighted with my new car and would happily drive 100 miles to buy from them again. It's a shame all garage Sales departments aren't like this one. Exceptional!

Terrible company to deal with, brought a car from them 4 months ago which was still under warranty, took it back as my aircon went wrong just to be told I would have to pay just under £1000 to have it fixed as was not covered by warranty. Absolutely disgusting service, service manager told me it was just bad luck and unfortunate but they would not cover it under warranty as a stone had broken it? In all the years I have been driving I’ve never had this happen and never been asked to pay such a massive sum of money to have something fixed. Buyers beware if you deal with these people I hope you have deep pockets as they will find an excuse to get out of repairing your car
