I’m platinum member and I highly recommend to join this bec they provide hassle free holiday I’m very happy with their services.

I’m so glad I didn’t get this package, they were so persistent with free this and free that and pressuring me to take my credit card for payment. I feel bad for the people that got scammed and hope they go after these people.

if i can put 0 star i will.. I got a call from them saying I have won free vouchers for a couple and asked me to come along with my my wife & they offer, Prize is supposedly a couple of movie tickets and a 3 or 4 day hotel stay.

On 10th of August 2025 I singed the contract and I try to read the terms & conditions but they are not allow me to read the contract. they are giving too much pursue buy this .he take my card and swap the machine and bringing me to put the password. i were busy with the contract signing. after swap only i would know they took full amount at once.

as they promised they will convert this payment to 24 ,months within 48 hrs. but still they did not do that.

The word I can only think of right now for this company is SCAM.

Based from the bad reviews they have, all has same story who was victimized by this company De Meridian

Never fall for their trap. They will offer you price at first but these are is unreal. So, please save your money.

If you get a call from someone saying you’ve “won” a free hotel stay, gadgets, dinner, etc., be extremely cautious.

I had the worst experience with this company. I was lured into buying a package after the sales agent promised one set of benefits. Once I spoke to someone in their office, the actual package was completely different, and by that point, I had already signed a contract and couldn’t back out.

The minimum package costs 10,000 AED, and if you cancel, they charge a 30% penalty (3,000 AED). I decided to go ahead and pay the full amount which turned out to be another terrible decision.

At first, they were responsive and gave me the “freebies” promised during purchase. But when I tried to use the benefits I actually paid for, they gave vague excuses, delayed responses from days to months, and ultimately delivered nothing.

It’s now been over a year since I bought the package (in 2023), and I still haven’t been able to use any of the main services.

If you’re considering buying from them, please take your time and think very carefully before committing.

I will not recommended for this services from de emerdian company , from 20 june i got the call that said i win the Lucky draw for free ticket movie and staying hotel for 3 day 2 night. And they invite me to loft hotel where is close to airport terminal 1 ,after that once reach the hall where they open the big event inside loft hotel , one of the staff will serving and talking about where our dream to go travel and where the place we interest to travel, and they will start to give presentations about they will provoke flight ticket, cover insurance , hotel booking and etc ... but actually all is fake ,they will try to get some money ask u give the bank card and direct swap the card without asking your permission to deduct the money where the package they try to giving to u ..after that all done , after 2 3 day no one will answer your question on whatsaappp and they will direct ask send email and trar u like a fooled .. please be aware to this DE MERIDIAN LOYALTY CARD SERVICE.. ALL IS FAKE AND SCAMMER !!!!

Unfulfilled Commitments – Please Read Before You Decide

If my review is fake, then why did you immediately contact me? And why do you keep calling me, asking me to delete my review? I also messaged you about how you claimed I have no record with you, when in fact you clearly know my email.

In case you forgot, I’m the one who begged you to return my money because I kept going back and forth to the doctor from the stress you caused me maybe you forgot. 😊

On March 1, 2025, we signed a contract with De Meridian. Based on our agreement, we were expecting certain services, including a cashback and my husband’s airfare reimbursement. I have been in consistent communication with the company via email, but as of today, neither the cashback nor the reimbursement has been provided.

We paid a total of 14,999 AED, trusting that everything promised to us would be delivered. Unfortunately, despite follow-ups and assurances from various representatives, the commitments have not been fulfilled. This has caused us significant financial strain and stress.

I am sharing my experience to remind others to be extra diligent before entering into any agreement. Always verify details, ask for everything in writing, and keep all records.

I have complete documentation, including emails, that reflect the commitments made and my follow-ups. My hope is that by sharing this, others can make informed decisions and avoid similar disappointments.

I can't find the word to describe how bad my experience is.

Based from the bad reviews they have, almost same story who was running after this company De Meridian.

After sending them email and meeting them in their office trying to get the money back because of their misleading information about their package, they will give less attention and send you a repeated email saying as per terms & policy.

And when you put your review about how they treat us whom they took money ranging from 6,000 aed to 15,000 aed, they will reply that our review is not valid and they don't have a record of our payment. All same reply to the reviewers who gave them of their true experience.

I hope many will read this reviews and think, read carefully before signing anything. Think many times before spending your money in this kind of offer not just with this company but also other companies that gives a good deal price. Read before signing anything. We have gone through a lot of following up with them still there is no resolution.

ZERO STAR. Never trust this company. Like us, we receive a free coupon during winter days in the night market near Mall of Emirates where it will be shuffled soon. Next couple of months (June 1, 2025) my friend received a message from them that he had won two gift vouchers (Luxury Hotel Stay & Dinner Cruise) by lucky draw. They have trained staff in their office to call all the numbers and trapped them to agree to free vouchers. One is a Dinner Cruise for 2, and the second is a free luxury hotel stay good for 2 adults + 2 kids but covertable to 4 persons or other choice of yours. They might call you at below location for little seminar meeting and meet up with you humbly and present that they are genuine and offer you many offers i.e. Free passes to events and mount benefits of taking their Bronze, Silver, Platinum, Gold of De Meridian Loyalty Card Services. They then introduced the promo package convincingly after giving us the coupon we won and gave us a sense of Fear of Missing out (FOMO) that if you didn’t have this card now, you will lose this “GOLDEN” opportunity. BUT THESE IS SO GOOD TO BE TRUE. Don't Trust. You will never get their services. I don’t know why they’re still operating and never get caught.tsssk!

Beware of their marketing strategy

Based on my experience, the same as other complainants.

If someone gives you a raffle ticket for a chance to win hotel vouchers, show cruise and hotel stay, please totally ignore them and never entertain them.



They called me that i won and during the verbal discussion about their marketing scheme, they offered me a travel promo package.



Promises Included: 21days w/ any 3 international coutries,7days each trips w/in 3yrs,2 air flight tickets roundtrip per trip,free hotel stay,sight seeing tours,Airport transfer,Visa,24-36mos 0 interest installment plan.


But all the verbal promises are all just a promise.

They told me it was for installments for 3 years, but they debited the full amount to my credit card without knowing it.



After the payment, they gave me 1 piece of paper to signed in a hurry for their copy and one booklet to sign for my copy, and they didn't discuss that because they told me it was just an additional complimentary voucher for the so called loyalty membership.



And that booklet, without knowing it, is the contract agreement and all the verbal discussion is not included in that agreement.



I tried to get my travel package but all the services were not given at all. It's like you pay for nothing.

Don't get tricked by this raffle voucher and travel package like I was. Or else you will regret it forever in your entire life.

I'm gonna start from the very beginning so everyone will be aware not to do anything that I did.

We were having lunch at Dampa Seafood Restaurant at Burjuman Mall and then someone approached us to fill out a raffle voucher. My friend felt bad for the person asking so we did it.

2 days later, I received a call from a lady that I won the raffle (free staycation and a restaurant voucher). I felt at ease and thought she would be trustworthy as we have the same nationality, we're both kabayans, which we've established during the call. She invited me to their "office".

At the same day, I went to their "office" at Element Dubai, Al Garhoud. Their set-up was very believable. They were all very nice.

Before giving you the "prize" that you won, they will propose an "all inclusive discounted travel tour package". You'll know they have been doing this for a long time because of the way they talk to you. They will ask about some personal stuff, and from there, they will try to connect with you and target your wants and needs so they can make you purchase the said package.

Once they have taken your money, you won't hear from them again. Or maybe you will, but they will just give you false hopes.

I personally was not able to try the said services because after purchasing, I've done my research and found out that many people had bad experiences with them:

- couldn't reach them
- not following through
- need to pay a certain amount for hotel stays which should be free/inclusive
- visa schedule waiting time not followed
- and many more to mention..

So the very next day, I tried asking for a refund. They did not budge, but kept on insisting that they will provide the services. We've gone back and forth regarding the refund for a week, but nothing happened.

SO PLEASE, save yourself the stress. And never ever fill out any raffle ticket from random people.

I GOT SCAMMED BY THIS DE MERIDIAN COMPANY!

IF SOMEONE CALLS YOU, DON'T EVER GO TO THEIR OFFICE OR ELSE YOU WILL GET SCAMMED, THE SAME AS MINE.

This company for me is a non star. They will give you beautiful promises and information when selling their product. Even offering installment so you would have the ease of payment. But the contract terms will have a different version. From the package of having an airfare, hotel, airport transfer, visa all included in the package without any hidden charges, the contract will have differences.

They charged my credit card in full which it should have been in installment starting after 3 months, then saying that airfare is not included in the package, charging additionally if you're booking your trip for 7 days straight.

I even requested them to reverse the payment they have done to my card the next day because they charged me in full and that should have started after 3 months. Then, they are saying they can't do the refund or reversal, else they will deduct my payment of 35% from 9,999. Which I find it like really unreasonable for who took this travel package.

So better for you to think more than twice before signing anything from any offers or contract with any offerings. Also review contract terms, ensure promotional offers are clearly stated in writing. Make sure all all verbal offerings are in writing. Do your research first with the company. Be careful of of what you are signing, having this free offer of hotel bookings or vouchers or anything which are too good to be true. Read before you sign.

Update: They replied saying im not on their data base however, i have all the evidences and the receipt that they took my money. This is just their scheme to escape but they will not. Already sent them lots of emails but they dont bother to resolve the issue hence, posting this review for awareness!!!

To be honest, they dont deserve even 1 star. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company. I was contacted about a “prize” I supposedly won and was assured I wouldn’t have to pay anything. However, when I arrived, I was subjected to high-pressure sales tactics and told that any payment made would be just a pre-authorization. In reality, I was charged the full amount immediately.

I requested a refund within hours, but despite repeated calls, emails, and multiple visits to their office, I was refused. Verbal promises made — including travel vouchers, hotel stays, and EMI conversion — were never fulfilled.

They show a complete lack of accountability. They ignore, delay, and blame you for signing what they call a “mutual agreement” — which in reality is just a booklet with no real fairness.

The sad part is, it was my fellow Filipino who took advantage of me.

Don’t make the same mistake I did. Never sign anything on the spot. Always read the agreement carefully and make sure every promise is written down before you pay. Once you sign, they rely solely on the contract, not on what they told you.

After leaving my honest feedback here, the company replied publicly claiming they “have no record” of me! I’ve noticed they post the same message under many other negative reviews. This is misleading. I have every receipt, contract, and email to prove my case.

From my experience, the services sold to me were not delivered as promised, communication was slow and often avoided the main issues, and there was constant back-and-forth without resolution. Based on what I went through, I would strongly advise others to be very cautious before dealing with them.

From day one, the gap between what I was promised and what I actually received has been huge. I joined based on clear assurances: extra hotel nights, specific destination flights, and quick access to all booking tools. These were deciding factors for me — but they never happened.

Emails would go unanswered for days, sometimes weeks. When I did get a reply, it was rarely about the actual question I asked. Instead, I’d be told to “visit the office” or be given the same generic instructions I’d already followed before. The promised benefits never arrived, and any attempt to resolve the situation turned into another round of delays.

This whole process has been draining, and I’m still without the services I signed up for. My advice: think very carefully before committing, and don’t rely on verbal promises — the written agreement is all that seems to matter to them, no matter what you were told before paying. I cannot recommend joining based on my experience.

They also threatened us that they will cancel our subscription , as we posted a review regards on their process which we are just telling the truth.I don’t recommend joining here please be think 1000times before you regret it.

It was good and I had a great experience, I am really appreciating there efforts

Earlier this year, my husband and I were contacted by a company called De meridian , claiming we had won a prize through a lottery voucher we had supposedly filled out. The prize included three nights of hotel accommodation abroad, and a choice between a short cruise or cinema tickets.

We were invited to a basic conference room in a hotel to collect the prize, but instead we were subjected to high-pressure sales tactics, trying to sell us unclear and overpriced travel packages. Despite repeatedly saying we were only there to receive the promised vouchers, the staff continued insisting we make a purchase. Only after firm refusal were we finally given a voucher for cinema tickets.

I decided to test the cinema voucher first, to see if the company was trustworthy. I contacted them by email on June 14 — no response. Only after I repeatedly followed up by phone did someone finally reply, saying the request was “under review.” Later, I was told that senior management had not approved it. It became clear that no one ever intended to respond unless I kept chasing them.

It has now been over a month, and we never received a working voucher or a clear answer. Unfortunately, it seems the prizes were just a tactic to attract potential buyers. I’m leaving this review to warn others to be cautious when dealing with similar offers.

I’m extremely disappointed with my experience with Demeridian. When I first signed up, I was promised a 21-day tour package that included flight tickets and hotel accommodation. Based on this assurance, I went ahead and paid 12,600 AED.

However, after receiving my payment, their story changed completely. They are now refusing to provide the package as promised, and I’m left without the trip or a proper explanation. This feels like a complete breach of trust and misrepresentation.

I feel cheated and urge others to be extremely cautious before dealing with Demeridian. Always get everything in writing and don’t rely on verbal promises – especially when it involves large sums of money.

Avoid This Company – Scammed Me Out of 6200 AED!

I booked a dream vacation package with De Meridian, but they completely cheated me. Despite paying 6200 AED, I never received my hotel stay. Every time I emailed them, they gave excuses like "no rooms available" and never resolved the issue.

DO NOT TRUST THEM! They are fraudulent, and you will lose your hard-earned money. Stay away from this company!
