Really dreadful service, did not keep us up to date, never answered phone, did not return phone calls, eventually told us they could not work for us as involved trust funds,but took 8 months to tell us this effectively holding up sale of house and then buyer pulling out. Thankfully have excellent solicitors now.

We used DC law to buy and sell properties. Nasir was fantastic and kept us up to date on the progress being made. eWay was easy to navigate and it was easy to see what outstanding tasks we had to do. Uploading documents was easy as well.
Thoroughly recommend DC Law.

Honestly was a nightmare 5 month of trying to get a reply by phone or email was a joke no one ever answered or replied to calls or emails. Even the solicitors that the homeowners of the house I was buying could not get in touch with DC Law and were asking me to try. The fees are extortionate for the work they actually do. I would never recommend this company

The whole process was a little dominated by repeated notifications from various staff rather than from our named contact. This was rather confusing. Biggest issue was that we had to keep on reminding DC Law contact that we were operating under a POA and that three people had to sign all documents. This was not taken on board until later in the process thus creating a delay.
Gateway useful to upload information but still some documents had to be sent via post.
Other than that completed the sales which was the main thing.

My conveyancer, Matthew, was extremely professional and supportive throughout the entire sale process. He did everything he possibly could to ensure the sale completed and truly went above and beyond, for which I am incredibly grateful.
There were delays caused by the buyer’s solicitor, but Matthew continued to push things forward. Thanks to his persistence and dedication, the sale was able to complete allowing me to reclaim excess stamp duty paid 3 years ago which I could have lost if the sale delayed a few more days.

Sammy-Jo did a wonderful job of walking us through the process of moving step by step. Any queries were answered quickly and the 'eWay' system allowed instant updates as to the progress of the properties we were both Buying and Selling. Everything on line, no time consuming visits to the office.
