Never refunded me my money neither did they updated me of my case.
Basically scammed my money and stopped picking up my calls. Someone owed me money i reported the person to DCB i paid the money(fee) they requested for and they were only meant to take 10% of the money and refund back the rest. They told me they will keep updating me regarding the case but they never would each time i would have to call them to know what the situation is. Eventually they stopped picking up my calls, never updated me nor refunded my money.
Very disappointed with service
I was sent a false parking ticket which i disputed and appealed. I had paid 2 hours parking but only stayed 78 mins. What disgusts me is even though I explained to the lady on phone that while parked there I was arranging my fathers funeral who had passed 9 days previously she showed no compassion whatsoever. I had proof of payment but she wanted her payment of £160 or else! She should be ashamed of herself and the company should teach their phone operators basic manners and understanding.
Truly a disgusting company
Truly a disgusting company. I received a false parking ticket 1 year ago for being stuck in a car park for 7 minutes which is under the legal amount of time to enforce a ticket. 'Parking Eye' ignored my appeal and has sent it to this company who have been non stop harassing me.

Poor experience and would not recommend, even when they’ve been on the TV!
I approached this company immediately after I became eligible to pursue a County Court Judgment (CCJ) against a car dealership that owed me money.
Given their appearances on television, I assumed they would provide reliable service. However, two months later and after only two visits to the car dealer, both visits had been disappointing. The first visit, at around 09:45, was unsuccessful because the office was closed. The second attempt was made even earlier, at around 08:00, but was also unproductive, which felt like a wasted trip. I realised that waiting for a third visit in several weeks was unacceptable, to which i requested a return of the Writ.
Overall, my experience with this company has been frustrating and costly. I found myself paying fees for services that were not rendered, more fees to abort this company and then would have to incur additional charges to hire someone else to complete the job.
I would have to ring up for updates as they had failed to notify me of the reports. I’ve rang the company on 2 of the Fridays at around 15:30-16:00hrs to try and get an update after I’ve finished work, to be told phone lines are only open Monday to Friday till 08:00-17:00 and then hung up on by the automated call.
Emails would be replied to over several days later.
Would not recommend them to anyone for these reasons.

This company have filed for a ccj against parking fines and sent the paperwork to a previous address as a deliberate attempt to allow me no defence. Communication is pretty much non existent. I have since found far more evidence then I initially sent back with my court defense paperwork and researched the legalities of why I have a strong defence. I know they will persue this all the way to court and to be honest I hope they do so it can finally get sorted and if I win great! If I loose I have my finances and expenditure forms ready. If anyone gets told they'll take anything of value from your home and like me it's all on HP have proof ready! Fight them all the way your already in debt with them you have nothing to loose yes more fees get added on but they can't take money you haven't got or goods you can prove you don't owe. Seek legal advice and look into help with fees if your on certain benefits and a low income help is available if you still don't agree. It's only money not your blood there after so please don't stress but be willing to fight back only if you truly believe you have a strong defence of course.

This company really needs to be investigated. I attempted to set up a payment plan online, but their website is very difficult to use.
I then called and waited for around 20 minutes before finally speaking to someone who appeared unsure of the process. I tried to arrange a payment plan, but the call was unexpectedly disconnected. No one attempted to call me back, and I don’t have time to wait on hold again.
No affordability checks were carried out at any point.
Overall, this has been a very poor experience. It almost feels as though the process is made unnecessarily difficult so that people are pushed to pay in full, even if it’s not affordable.

got a letter out of blue sum 11 months later from this company who have illegal applied to the DVLA for details of apparent address which again the DVLA have clearly dealt with breaching GDP rules which seems the case with DVLA giving our peoples private phone numbers and emails which is clearly is gross negilence . They have broken ythe law by harresment and illegal wording of the so call legal letter and produce a legal statement with is laughable in law why has the MPS clearly stating the=y was dealing with these rogue companies and clearly failing again in what they staying this is not withstanding trading standards who clearly are getting these questions asked by people if not the CAB

DISHONEST BUNCH OF PEOPLE. The business development manager was an absolute liar and persuasive until he got paid. After that, he was not reachable. We used their debt collection service and promised a recovery and refund if they couldn't. The Money you pay is non-refundable. No terms and conditions were provided until payment was made. Do not trust a word they say. They are just after your money, and they are an absolute scam. avoid at all costs. They will promise you false statistics and provide first-class service to get your money. After that, there is no service and no accountability. Do not use and stay away from this lot.

If I could rate “0” stars I would. Absolute waste of time. They send “enforcement agents” out to the debtor, who actually have no enforcement rights, until DCBL decide it needs to go legal. Then, you receive another bill to engage their separate legal team.
Couldn’t even get my email address correct which meant not receiving any written communication from them. No phone call follow ups from them, at all, and nowhere further forward to receiving the monies I am owed.
Absolutely terrible customer service and in my eyes, a complete scam. Once they have your initial fee, they aren’t interested.

I received a letter from them out of the blue informing me they were about to get a high court order against me for £170. This was from a company they represent called Parkmaven who unlawfully sent me a parking fine and broke their own terms and conditions so i called DCBL to discuss and i had a representative of theirs on the phone trying to humiliate me because i was trying to discuss my next steps as i had already appealed the parking ticket.
Very unhelpful and he was quite proud that on their letters they are also proud they feature on the TV show 'Can't pay we will take it away'
I am now going formal on both companies as they have both broken their own terms and conditions.

I used this company several years ago and it worked out well.
I used them again this year and frankly it's terrible. Their communication is none existent. I have chased them by telephone and email countless times. They promised to get back with a progress report each time, but did not.
The process has now dragged on for 5 months with no end in sight.
I would not recommend them and I won't use them again

Spoke to a pig ignorant arrogant ars*hole of a man over a parking fine which could’ve easily been resolved had he have not spoken to me like I was a grotesque piece of dirt under his shoe. He then proceeded to put the phone down on me after I questioned why a £2 parking fine has turned into £170 and why I’m only just now receiving letters 9 months on? Perhaps if you had politer more compassionate staff people would be more obliged to sort out issues and would be more forthcoming but after speaking to that prat I’ll look forward to receiving my courts summons🤭!

Absolute trash
Absolute trash, have essentially ruined my lawsuit and years of work through their incompetence and admin errors. Everytime I call none of the staff know what they are doing and I have to update them. Now it is looking unlikely I can even get a high court writ ever approved due to their incompetence and lack of updates. They had a high court writ approved for me and somehow didn’t know making me constantly call the court as if I’d done something wrong. Now if I try to go to another Bailiff the court will think I have this writ approved and not allow it. They’ve essentially cost me thousands of pounds of owed money.
