I needed a complete dance outfit for my Granddaughter: tap shoes, leotard & skirt. I also needed it for the following day! I contacted Dazzle Dancewear by text with my dilemma & had an immediate reply saying that if I ordered by 2pm I could collect the next day. Sure enough, I received a text to say my order was ready by midday. My Granddaughter loved her outfit & I was very impressed by Sarahs willingness to help. 10/10 for excellent Customer Service which is rare these days!!

I placed an order on a Monday and received all of my items by the Wednesday with the standard delivery option, I was kept up to date all of stages of my order. I would recommend Dazzle Dancewear.

I started a tap class recently. After the first trial lesson I ordered tap shoes from dazzle dancewear. I ordered on a Wednesday at 8am. At 11pm the same day I received an email to say my order had been dispatched.
All good so far.
Unfortunately after 2 weeks, no sign of the shoes. I used the contact form on the site but received no reply. A couple of days later I emailed the contact email directly and submitted a second form on the website. Still no reply. I then tried the contact number. This was a mobile number and went straight to voicemail I left a message, my call was not returned.
I did not want to attend a 4th lesson without shoes so I ordered from another shop and raised a paypal dispute. A few days later I received a notification that my dispute was closed as I had been refunded in full.
Throughout this there has been no communication, no apology, no explanation and most importantly no shoes.
Although I did receive a full refund, as they don't have the courtesy to reply to voicemails or emails I will avoid in future.
