Poor delivery experience
Ordered this equipment 21st June. Message received that stock was waiting to picked etc. This went on for two weeks. I was then engaged with customer services back and forth with no real explanation. In the end, I asked for a refund. Not sure whether this has been actioned at this point.

Spoke to a lovely young lady (Harriet) who was very polite and helpful, she dispatched my sons drum kit on the Wednesday and we received it the next day,great service will definitely be using Dawsons again,keep up the good work guys. Aces
I ordered a full set of 4 strings only got 3 strings
I ordered a full set of 4 strings for my violin and had to actually change the strings I was getting due to waiting weeks to receive them and being told 2 different dates of delivery … they sent out the alternative product rather quick however I only received 3 strings in the pack currently waiting on a reply back from them after being told they checked with their employees and they confirmed it was an unopened pack and asked what was missing . I already had sent a picture of what I received from them so then had to resend a picture again ..
Damn awful company
Damn awful company. Not received my order after 10 days. No reply to my e-mail, so cancelled my order and got a refund. The only good part was getting the refund as it was quick and easy.

I made an order over 4 weeks ago and still haven't received the product I ordered... the item was ordered in advance as a gift which is now a belated gift. I wouldn't mind but the website said and still says the item is in stock ready for dispatch online... terrible service!!

2nd time i bought from Dawsons and superb service both times, both products way cheaper than other sellers. This piano £100 cheaper than any other source. Definitely recommend this company
Ozark concert bouzouki
I ordered a bouzouki with a delivery date of late June. After a number of calls I was informed it could not be obtained from the supplier until 23 July, however it has been delivered today and I’m happy.

You have been awarded 1 star because there’s nothing lower. You ask me to engage in a customer satisfaction survey when in point of fact I’m still waiting for delivery of the item ordered late June. You fail to adhere to promises and fail to keep me informed on progress. Frankly I’m disgusted with the way I’ve been treated and will never buy from Dawson’s again.

I ordered two items
I ordered two items. One item was delivered in a couple of days but there was no sign of the second item after 10 days. I phoned Customer Service, and on checking, found the second item had not been dispatched but didn't know why. It was finally received 4 - 5 days later. I know mistakes happen and could have forgiven this one, but exactly the same thing happened a few months ago when I ordered a keyboard with accessories. The keyboard arrived within a few days. but the accessories did not arrive until after I phoned Customer Service to chase it up. Again, they didn't know why it had not been dispatched. However, their Customer Service was excellent, very friendly and knowledgeable and sorted things out for me. It's just a pity their dispatch department on both of two occasions failed miserably. Their product are first class and I would still buy again from them and hope I have a better experience next time.
