DaricPay | Iran Travel Card Omdömen 226

I used this card for 5 months regularly in Iran, the services was very good. I never got any issue at all in POS of hotels, restaurants and shopping centers. This card is given by Yasmeen Saedi she explained and supported me well. They respect their customers and support out of the way. Love from India. I recommended this card to my friends who visited recently also having same experience.

It is way more convenient to use a bank card in Iran compare to a bag of cash. What I liked about Daricpay is that the communication with the agent was smooth and efficient, Yasaman was right on time, she explained everything and in general she was very nice and helpful. The whole thing took about 15 minutes. You give cash USD and receive loaded bank card. The exchange rate was good. The only thing that was a bit of pain was the transacton limit (around 15 USD per transaction). That means that to pay 50$ you have to swipe the card 4 times. Mostly it was not a problem though.

This is a review for my 2nd year of using DaricPay. Definitely 5* for quick, convenient, easy way of using local debit cards in Iran. Card delivery was comfy by the date, time and person :)

The card itself works as any other local card, except for some limitations for transactions (for example, each payment via the card is limited to approx. $30, so you need to do it a few times in case of bigger amount).

Anyway, this is way better then going with backpack full of cash. Additionally, there can be no cash in exchanges, but card-to-card transfer will work in this situation, so you can change USD.

Another con is that you in fact use subaccount in Daric's master bank account, so there won't be any SMS or app notifications, so you're kind of blind of your transactions. The only way to keep up with your balance is to check it via ATM (of any bank) daily :)

Summing up, DaricPay will significantly ease your stay in Iran.

I want to say a word of truth that Darik Pay has facilitated a lot of services for us inside Iran, unlike other exchange companies, as they have a selection of employees who provide maximum services to the customer, especially Yasmine, who strives to satisfy the customer

I recommend DaricPay because they are very professionals in their work, in particular to Yasaman, which has had a lot of patience to use my card.

Unfortunately I have to give DaricPay only one star. I went to Iran in the beginning of September and ordered a card with DaricPay more than a month in advance. I was communicating with the customer service through Whatsapp. Everything seemed to be on track until I arrived. I contacted the customer support again asking about the delivery of the card to the hotel. Unfortunately, the customer service was not very responsive and if they answered their response was not on point. Well, finally after 2 days I managed to get information from them that "due to technical difficulties, they were not able to deliver the card and there was no way to get it". I was upset as I wasted 2 days trying to contact them and had they been straight with me from the beginning I could have got the card elsewhere. Therefore, be advised, it may not work out even if ordered well in advance... The good thing is that we survived with cash in Iran without any issue, there is not really a need for it, though I understand the convenience...

I ordered a Iranian card with DaricPay and I'm very satisfied with the whole service. I received the card at my hotel the day I arrived in Iran. Then we managed to transfer money easily when the card was empty during my trip.
The company was also very reactive to my questions.

I used DaricPay card during my short trip to Iran and I have to say it saved me a lot of hassle. I paid for everything with my Daric Card, there is no need to carry stacks of cash around. It was quick, reliable and safe. Also, the support was always happy to help and checked on me frequently. Definitely recommended.

We got Daric Pay recommended by our travel agency so we went with them. Everything worked out perfectly well. We hadn’t even arrived to Iran yet and already got messages from Arya on when we got meet so we get the card.
Paying was very easy and getting money from the atm as well.
At the end of the trip we had some money left on the card and a bank transfer was made to my own bank account without any troubles (but small extra fee)
Having a credit card in Iran makes things very easy and the service Daric offered us was very good

We used Daric pay on our two months trip to Iran. We deposited a significant amount via bank transfer and received the card In Shiraz shortly after. The transaction as well as the use of the card all over Iran worked out perfectly. We did not encounter any problems. I was probably unlucky. I found myself stranded in Iran, with no money or means to bring any more. Support service is poor, slow and disrespectful. For the price of the service, the competition is much better.

Al llegar a Irán, Aria nos preparó una tarjeta en la que metimos el dinero de nuestro viaje. Ha sido muy cómoda para pagar, puesto qe aquí la moneda es tan baja qe se hace muy incómodo el efectivo.
La puedes usar hasta en los baños del bazar.
Aquí es normal que te pidan el pin para pagar.
