Ordered accessories and tools so far and My overall experience with Cyclops has been good. Good collection of renowned brands that are often recommended by experts across the globe. It's a great one stop shop for cyclists - be it recreational or pro levels. Hence quality is pretty much assured. Their customer support was able to resolve my queries in a satisfactory manner. Overall quite impressive 👍

Pick up was supposed to happen on 14th…
Pick up was supposed to happen on 14th sept and it happened on 20th sept almost a week late.
Not impressed, hope my bike reaches me and reaches me safely.

The service provided by them was top notch.
Not only the parts were genuine, the delivery service was excellent. Would recommend to any one who wants to buy bicycles as well as bicycle components.

Nothing Exclusive.
I box pack my own cycle, I print my own labels and I hand over the same to the Fedex guys. Which can be done directly by getting in touch with Fedex or any other courier service. Plus if the cycle gets damaged insurance claim is also with the Fedex. So nothing exclusive by Cyclops.

Thanks for sharing the feedback. We only advertise this as a Bicycle shipping service and make it clear from the first contact that we don't pack/unpack the bicycles as of now. Cyclists get heavy discount rates via Cyclop which are not available to individual customers to ship their bikes. We provide complete assistance and tracking info while the bike is in transit, Also in unlikely case of damage we assist with claims Fedex.

The product though appears to be new
The product though appears to be new, was in such a state that it appears it was taken out from the display unit and packed. The merchant from which it was outsourced, has also tried to make it a point by sending two separate invoices with discounts (which obviously was not passed on to the customer). The original vendor should ensure that their online inventory is current and live before allowing purchases.
