Sent in application, received an e-mail back asking for copies of bank statements and utility letters etc, copy of driving licence. That was 3 weeks ago, not heard a peep since. Considering the personal nature of what I've sent in I would expect at the very least a reply back. Very unprofessional.

Good sub-prime car leasing company. Very friendly and helpful in the main and helped me to get on the road where others wouldn't.
Only negatives would be that they are very expensive compared to mainstream lease companies and I've noticed that the debt collection process has become much more direct recently, however they are still very willing to work with customers to reach an amenable outcome.

Brilliant service from the start and throughout. This company really values its customers and takes their circumstances into account rather than a computer says no situation. Would fully recommend them.

From start to finish I felt like I was being fully supported through the process, I have had some issues over the years with illness in my family and as a result my credit rating is less than perfect.... Ben was so supportive and looked at my ability to pay now and in the future as opposed to my previous situation which I must say made me feel a bit more human again!!
On the day of picking up the vehicle (I was also offered delivery) I was greeted by Ben at the train station in the car and taken back to there office to sign the paperwork, This process took less than 30 mins and I was on my way.
I really cant fault CVS and feel they really want to help people get the cars they need to earn a living and get back on track I also didn't feel that the monthly cost was over inflated just because I have had problems in the past.
I would recommend CVS to anyone.

The most amazing team of people and cars are brilliant this will be my second car with them going threw tough personal issues they were amazing more like family than an car lease company that's pretty amazing and would recomend to anyone who is going to treat the company with respect they give us as customers please check them out

Have been very happy with service, great communication everyone is really professional and friendly. Application process was simple and received a quick decision, CVS were able to source a vehicle to my exact specification, very pleased and would recommend to others.
