Cut Plastic Sheeting Omdömen 

I ordered a one off piece of plastic and paid the minimum order charge, paid for economy delivery 3-5 working days but it actually took 6 days in all. This I find very extreme for one item… if you are in a hurry for a delivery then don’t use these guys

Good quality item well packed and best price

My antique home desk has leather top which needed protection from wear. Cut Plastic Sheeting provided the ideal solution. Prompt and efficient service. Packed in exemplary fashion.

Ease of ordering, good delivery service and plastic sheeting very well packed inside a frame to protect it from damage in transit. The sheets of plastic were just what I needed and fitted perfectly. I would definitely use this company again.

Everything went ok size and the product itself, the one criticism is the amount for a “small order”
£9.99 I think that is extortionate, otherwise a good transaction.

I ordered perspex for 3 aquarium lids, and everything was perfect. From ordering online with easy to fill in form and ability to upload a sketch to show where I wanted a cutout for the inlet/outlet pipework to choosing different thicknesses to suit each aquarium and to receiving excellently packaged perspex, everything has been brilliant. I even managed to match the colour for a glossy black lid that I needed to replace a section so I could change to a cannister filter and have the right sized cut out to make a great looking finish, and it looks like it's always been like that, really pleased with the product. The clear perspex I got for the other 2 aquariums is perfectly clear, so no issues for lighting. I got 6 pieces cut altogether, 2mm, 4mm, and 6mm thicknesses. Go for 4mm or 6mm if it's for the main part of the lid and minimum 6mm if you're spanning more than 12inches tank width across front to back of tank. That's worked for me, and very happy with the result.

Ordered few hard coated polycarbonate sheets which supposed to be scratch resistant. Paid for express delivery (2-3working days) and finally got it after 2 weeks.
Before instalation we have found out that wrong material has been send , which is very easly scratching and is not hard coated.
After 2 days of making phone calls they Said that we jad 72 hrs to report damage…. But case is No damage is wrong material has been send. Have Lost £500 as cannot use it like that.
Thing twice before buying from them

I ordered three 3mm perspex plastic sheets to replace shattered glass in the greenhouse. Cut exactly as requested and we had no problem fitting them in. Seems very good quality, and it was cheaper than other companies were offering. Prompt delivery. I would use them again.

Absolute scam of a company. Really appalling customer service. I paid for a custom piece of acrylic to be cut & paid extra for 1-2 business day expedited shipping. It took them 3 business days to email and admit they didn’t have the stock to cut it. They promised they would have & cut it next day & offered to refund the shipping.

Next day I emailed & they fobbed me off claiming they'd have it another day. 2 days later it became apparent that they still did not have the stock and did not know when they’d be getting it. At this point (5 business days after placing order) they had still not refunded the shipping costs or cut my plastic.

I asked to cancel my order and placed it with an alternative company, they agreed to refund immediately. Of course, they didn’t. I had to open a PayPal case to fight to get my money back, £169! It took them 18 days to finally refund my purchase amount. Absolutely shocking, they are completely untrustworthy. Take your business elsewhere.

Such poor customer service, no-one responds to messages. I ordered foam board which should have had plastic protection on both sides, it arrived with it only on one side and the other side was battered. Since then their prices have doubled - certainly looking for a new supplier.

Delivery slow, arrived with packaging all ok and mirrored sheets all looked fine. Once up on the wall and removed protective film 3 big scratches, because it's outside of the 14 days we are not entitled to a refund even though the item is not fit for purpose! Really disappointing and maybe should have read the reviews before ordering! Lesson learnt!

I thought I had exactly the product I required, worked through the entire process online, and then found out that for a product costing around £21, a "small order charge" would be imposed, more than doubling the final price. A complete waste of time. This should be clear at the start of the process; although staff were sympathetic and tried to help, the company was inelastic: they should not have quoted this price.

I used this company for two jobs. Dimensions and materials were correct. The acrylic sheets were packed precisely. I contacted them over the phone for revisions and advice, such a good experience. They were helpful and polite. Great customer service. Thank you.

Very happy with my order, was the cheapest I could find and made to my exact measurements, it arrived well packaged and within the timescales promised. I would use them again.

Absolutely shocking ordered my order on 27th its now the 11th was told it would be 3-6 working days. Phoned mid week had been told would get delivered yesterday, to not have turned up, to then ring this morning to find out the DX delivery van had broken down and it would be here today. Then to have a phone call back from them half an hour later to say it hadn't even got to depo yet. Now saying delivery will be tomorrow. I Will not be recommending this company nor will I be using this company again.

Edit: first order was placed on the 27th I have confirmation emails stating so and I have emailed saying the order had been processed on the 27th I then placed a second order with you through a telephone call which you stated my order would be here Monday 10th its now 11th still not here and now not going to be here till tomorrow.
