This is a fantastic company with fantastic high quality products. The design service is second to none and if you have trouble or need advice they are incredibly helpful in fulfilling your needs. Nothing seems too much trouble. I have ordered many plates and always turn to a young lady called Jenna who knows the designs and can mock up and confirm the expectations. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

My experience has been extremely disappointing.

I received my order with scratches and damage and reported it immediately, providing photographs of both the product and the damaged delivery box. I was then assured that if I returned the item, my return would be processed as a straightforward return despite it being a custom product.

After I returned it in the same packaging it arrived in, the company changed its position and claimed the item had been damaged on its return, refusing to issue my refund.

I dispute this because the scratches were already present when I received the item, and I had supplied photographs before sending it back. I was never told there were any special packaging requirements or that returning it in the original packaging could affect my refund.

I feel let down by the way this matter has been handled and would advise others to think carefully before ordering, particularly if purchasing a custom item. Keep photographs of everything, including the packaging, and make sure any promises made about returns are confirmed in writing.

Unfortunately, based on my experience, I would not buy from this company again.

Great premium product.

My original 1986 rear number plate was delaminating and needed replacing but I was putting off changing it as the number plate had the manufacturers logo and the supplying main dealer name and number on it. The car has won many concours competitions and naturally I wanted to keep it original.
Jenna at Fourdot understood and did an absolutely amazing EXACT reproduction of the original plate. I genuinely couldn't believe that she could do it that well and, having been sent the replacement number plate, I'm absolutely chuffed to bits. I simply can't recommend Fourdot highly enough.

Very good quality plates delivered quickly, the whole experience of buying custom plates from fourdot was exemplary.

Firstly a BMW 8 Series with a custom-shaped rear plate design and classic front with black ends, and now a Porsche Taycan 4S with a full set of Classics featuring black ends — once again, Fourdot Designer Plates has been excellent.

When the delivery company let them down on the second set, their customer service was superb. They got straight back to me and arranged for another set to be sent out on overnight delivery.

I’ve got another car arriving in around 14 weeks, and I’ll definitely be going back to Fourdot for a third set of plates.

I purchased plates from Fourdot a couple of months ago. I received excellent service from the off and the packaging / presentation / plates were superb. My car was delivered last week and when i went to put the number plates on I realised I ordered the incorrect size for rear .
I contacted Jenna at Fourdot and she could not have been more empathetic . My replacement plate arrived within 36 hours!
This company / their products are ‘one offs ‘ . In my personal opinion : industry leading.

We ordered some plates for our family car - fantastic plates! Easy to fix, look amazing and the service was quick and easy. Jenna made the whole ordering process so easy - brilliant service! Because we were so pleased we decided to order plates as a gift for friends who have everything. They are very patriotic so Jenna organised plates for their Bentley and Volvo with a grey union flag background. Our friends were absolutely thrilled!! Thank you !!

First class service - very quick and first class product. This will transform the rearview of my 14 year old Aston Martin DB 9 ..... when fitted after other refurbishment

I've used Fourdot before and so no hesitation to use them again. Last time it was for very small plates which they made to my exact measurements. This time, although it was a four digit plate I needed, it was on a plinth that was bigger than a full size plate and I was struggling to decide on the best size plate to make it look right as it would be against a large gloss-black grille. Jenna to the rescue! She suggested making the background plate the same size as the matt plinth and fill-in around the small 4 digit plate with a gloss black background. Superb idea and it looks really good. The plate was 550 x 120 and covered the plinth entirely. Well done Jenna and Fourdot, very pleased customer once more.

This company is amazing. From the placing of the order to speaking with sales to how quick the plates arrived and then finally the quality. I spent days trying to find a legal, safe and quality company to purchase registration plates from for my sports car. I own a number of private plates and will get them all made through four dot from now on.

Also the presentation of the package and plates makes even this in itself an exciting unboxing.

I treated myself to a personal number and Fourdot plates and am very happy with the look. Jenna was super helpful as this was my first time doing a number transfer and hadn't quite got the sequence of events right. Plates arrived within 48 hours of the order being finalised and were on my car looking great 24 hours after that!

We have had many car specific number plates from FourDot previously and always been very pleased with them. Having just changed my car went on the web site to design new plates and my vehicle model not on there yet, Jenna picked this up sent me many designs and my plates arrived today. Just treated my 911 to new plates (old ones were delaminating). Purchased the new plates online and then had an email based exchange with Jenna Strange who was very helpful and responsive.
Plates arrived this morning beautifully packaged and now they are fitted to the car - I am delighted !
