Currys - Yeovil Omdömen 

Great advice and service, the exact items we wanted and good prices.

Bought a coffee machine online. Delivery was fast. Coffee machine was faulty. Website told me fastest way to return item was to take the item to nearest Currys. Drive 40 minutes to Yeovil Currys where I was given a barcode and told I needed to take the item myself to DPD drop off location as Currys couldn't process the return. Drove 40 minutes home to the DPD drop off ten yards from my home. Still waiting for the refund. Terrible, terrible customer service. Will not be buying from Currys again.

Fantastic service from Theo, mobile expert. After a traumatic start with another store, we went to Currys at Yeovil and were met by this very positive young man who reassured us that he could get us onto the network we wanted. Sorted it out with no problems at all. Thank you Theo! 😁

Didn’t have in stock as online only, they ordered it for me and I got it delivered next day free of charge - will go back for help and support in the future

Shame couldn't pick up tumble dryers from store need to be delivered

I was gobsmacked to get a £100.00 trade in for my dysfunctional i pad with a cracked screen.

I got a reply last week, on trust pilot, and emailed straight back, quoting the customer number, I received an email from Yeovil store at 5.58 saying they had tried to call me several times, I had one unknown missed call about 20 mins before, listed on my phone?? .
The duty manager also said that if I would like to come in at my earliest convenience they would refund me, there was no amount, no apology, I emailed back, asking for this information, but, I would bet money, that this person will now be on holiday, Judging by my previous dealings with Yeovil Curry's, it would be a miracle, to receive a prompt reply.

Very happy with product and price, just a bit uncomfortable with the "upselling"....
We was offered:
1. To pay monthly on credit agreement (29.9%) !!
2. Buy a soundbar at half price if I buy now
3. Buy a special cloth to clean the screen

Hmmm, I understand the salesman had been instructed to do the above, BUT we just wanted to buy a TV

I went into the Curry’s store in Yeovil, I was interested in purchasing a starlink for my new home and the store employee, Theo, was amazing help, manage to sort out the next day delivery and explained clearly about the product. We went in to store to buy a fridge/freezer and washing machine, Aali helped us as both things we wanted were out of stock. He was more than helpful, very polite and informative and helped us pick another fridge/freezer and washing machine that was suitable for us and within our budget! The service we received from him was 10/10 for making our visit to the store so great! Unfortunately a star has been lost for the delivery service, if i could rate this separately id give 0 stars. Conveniently i was never given the names of the delivery drivers but from the moment i opened the door everything seemed very rushed. There was no care taken with my brand new appliances, the washing machine was hit on the doorframe as it was being taken into the kitchen, they then plugged it in and went outside to change the door over on the fridge/freezer, whilst they’re outside my kitchen was flooded so it’s a good job I was still inside keeping an eye on everything. He then fitted the washing machine again, bought the fridge/freezer in and left me to clean everything up. The service I received in store and upon delivery are like night and day compared to each other, if the delivery service was as great as the service in store the whole experience would’ve been 10/10 but unfortunately the delivery side has let the whole thing down massively. Once I spoke to customer services about this I was told I’d get a call back from the store to discuss what had happened but surprisingly enough I haven’t heard anything from them.

Served by a lovely young man called Bradley. I am old and not very tech savvy, but he explained everything to me in such a kind and understanding way. I am absolutely thrilled with my new TV and installation was quick and easy, with everything explained to me in a way that even I understood.
