Currys - Wisbech Omdömen 

The member of staff very helpful and friendly was in no rush wasnt pushy if I was buying anything else I would see him again

Went to collect purchase and was turned away as non internet in store. Cant believe they didn’t have a contingency for this.

The guy that helped us had an easy going relaxed manner and we did not feel pressured and he did leave us feeling well informed and able to make a judgement on what was best for us.

Ordered online and 3 days later it arrived. Very impressed . Really helpful cheerful delivery men .

Went into to buy a fridge/freezer and with David help we managed to get it down to two, because it had to be frost free and it had to be quite wide/deep drawers.
It was a good price the one I eventually picked for mum and they also done a next day delivery, which was delivered in the time they specified and the delivery drivers took care in bringing it in and installing.
It was a pleasant experience from start to finish.

Informed staff member what I was looking for and reason and had he any suggestion on most suitable solution.
I purchased the new printer he sugested and the 3 year cover together with a new CD portable player.
The printer was taken to my car for me as well.

Helpful and knowledgeable staff member, patient and cheerful.. not overly pushy with the up-selling..

I spoke with a Curry representative on line. Asked him whether, If I bought this computer they could fit my SSD from a previous machine to the new one, and set it up. He told me that he had phoned the Wisbech store, and they could do that, although it would probably be an hours wait whilst it was done.
So I drove to Wisbech store to pick up my computer, with the SSD. Only to be told that what the guy I spoke to said, was not true. They could not put the SSD into my new computer and they had no instruction, or phone call, about this or setting up the computer. So I wasn't to pleased that I was misled about that and had to drive an hour from where I live to Wisbech, just to collect a boxed up computer - which I could have had delivered at no extra charge. It seems they will tell you anything to mislead you to get you to buy something from Currys. I have in the past bought many things from Currys, and on the whole had good service. On this occassion, I think I was complete misled - which is not a good way to conduct business.
I have now set up the computer myself, downloaded all my previous apps plus installed Microsoft Word etc. And I do like the new Asus All In one, but feel agrieved by the tactics used to make the sale.

We arrived at Curry's hoping to purchase a new tv and microwave. Which we did with the help of Alex. He guided us through the tv's after finding out what we needed and then did the same with the microwaves. Great job he was polite helpful, chatty and had great knowledge of the appliances. 10/10

I did an order on Saturday for a collection on Monday, got an email Monday late afternoon to say ready to collect, I went today (Tuesday) to collect, what a hassle! Must have been in their for 10 minutes, on the email it says all I had to do was give 4 digit code which I did, then I had to give order number, then had to show proof, like driving license but unfortunately I don't drive so couldn't show that! Then I had to say what it was that I had ordered. Too much like hard work, all I was trying to do was save on postage, in future I will just pay postage to get it delivered to home address

My freezer was delivered 2 days after it was ordered. It was unboxed and installed in my garage. All of the packaging was removed for recycling. My old freezer needed to be defrosted and they came back and picked it up 2 days later.

I went into Currys in Wisbech to purchase new iPads. During this visit, my husband and I discussed our broadband service with Connor. We had not planned on switching, but he was able to save us £80 per month on our current service. In addition Andrew was extremely helpful during the unexpected difficult data transfer from our old iPads to our new ones. The service we received from both Connor & Andrew was exceptional.

When walked in 4 stood talking never asked if need any help so went look at tv then turned round a bloke called David youngs who was dusting offered to help to help with I made purchase if it wasn't though him I would not made a purchase as all other staff was so rude

Not a honest provider .When I ordered the item online it said 1 was available in store for collection.Once I had paid I had to wait 3 days to come into store for me to collect
