Currys - Wakefield Omdömen 

The store was very busy, but when we eventually received the attention of an assistant we found the she was very knowledgeable about the product we were interested in.
She guided us through the purchasing procedure and we ordered the product.

As usual curry’s does best!!

Despite purchasing lap top and printer , at point of sale , no mention that the laptop didn't come with a charging cable , non offered for sale , got home unpack and couldn't use as NO charging cable !!!!!

I am disappointed because I haven’t received a proper business invoice. It’s hard to understand that at such a big company, you cannot get an invoice if you ask or need it at any Curry’s store.

Very good gave me loads of help when I purchased my tablet. Set it up for me.
The only down side is at times you have to wait some time to be served.
Being an oldie they are great at helping me with technology.

We went for a Samsung oled TV and was approached by Joe and Jazz what an excellent service, very helpful with everything we needed, all paper completed and explained very efficiently, absolutely perfect service from Joe and Jazz.

I had to wait at the counter, which was unmanned- for about 5 minutes until a member of staff happened to be passing in order to get served. There was no delay in finding my click and collect item. However the staff member appeared to be struggling with his computer terminal in order to access details and record the delivery. I recall the same thing happened the last time I collected an item from here.

The staff were very knowledgeable and helpful and took the time to explain the differences between the tv’s. This kind of assistance cannot be gained by buying online. We never felt rushed or pushed into making a decision and were able to get delivery the next day by two lovely guys. Would highly recommend Currys.

You advertise being helpful. But recently, I visited one of your stores in Wakefield, I had researched a product and decided that, even after other disappointing experiences at your store, I would still spend my money with your company. I proceeded to stand in your store waiting for help . When I asked for help, I was told constantly " sorry, I'm busy, I'll send someone over" . This was at a very quiet time, hardly anyone in store . What was most frustrating, was that I could see your staff, talking to each other, chatting, laughing, sometimes, you had three member's of staff all with one customer! 28 minutes I stood there ! How did you end up being the only tech store on the high street I could walk in and buy a computer - there seems to be no where else I can go now , otherwise, I would have? Your customer service is appalling - I'll say that again - your customer service is APPALLING , I don't know if it's like that across all your stores , but at Wakefield - just shocking. I hope this service eventually manifests the results you outfit deserve. Closure and liquidation. Your appalling
