Ordered online, was told the goods were ready to collect... but they weren't. Staff had to search the stockroom, and took the best part of half an hour.
But they were pleasant, and when I saw that one item was not as expected, they arranged am exchange (which turned out to be cheaper).
One other point: that need to exchange wouldn't have arisen if the details on the website gave the height and width of monitor screen in cm and inches . (the diagonal measurement isn't actually helpful now that widescreens are around>0
