Currys - Thanet Omdömen 

I was immediately approached by a colleague and told her that I was there to collect an item. She immediately radioed for assistance and within two minutes a young man appeared with my item. It was a heavy microwave and he immediately asked if he could carry it to the car for me. I was on my own so accepted gratefully. All in all it took about five minutes. Very impressed with the efficiency and courtesy.

We were greeted by 33 James and found him very polite and helpful explained in detail what we wanted to know and was happy to buy because he gave a great service I would highly recommend dealing with him again

Have not visited Curry's in around 10 years because didn't have high opinion. WELL we had no choice recently AND they were great. Our experience in Currys, Thanet Retail Park was superb, swift friendly staff and product in stock. JIM you done us proud, your brilliant and have changed my opinion of Curry's. Will defo use again.

Jim from the curry's in broadstairs was super helpful when we needed to buy a new fridge freezer and tumble dryer, answered all of our technical questions and even helped with arranging for the old fridge freezer to be taken away. 10 out of 10 service

Store assistant was very professional and took me straight to the items that I needed. He knew exactly where they were. Arranged purchase and delivery easily. James is a credit to your company.

There was nobody on the salesfloir for washing machines, I eventually attracted the attention of a salesperson on the lower floor.
The salesman was charming and in training. As a result the sale took over an hour to process.

Easy to order online and collect in store.

The assistant was polite helpful and very patient with us. I couldn't believe how quickly everything went from choosing our washing machine Monday afternoon to it being installed by 10am Tuesday. The machine was exactly what we wanted. Told the assistant certain requirements and he came up tops. The delivery men were also very pleasant and helpful.

A great service from when i ordered my new hoover to collecting it

The salesman I saw, whose name I believe is James, was extremely helpful and actually appeared interested in helping me rather than just going through the motions. It was my second trip to the store in 10 days, the first time another assistant said I couldn't make a purchase until the item was in stock. Well it's still not in stock but I've now been able to purchase it and just have to wait a few more days for my goods to arrive and arrange delivery

A complete contrast to my experience at a different branch. The layout of the store enabled me to find what I wanted pretty quickly, although there was a staff member wandering whom I could have asked. When I went to the counter, my questions were answered thoroughly, there was no rush and the purchase was only completed when the assistant had confirmed that I had no more questions.

The sale person was very professional in his job. He knew the product well he also answered all the questions I needed to have answered about the product that I asked

We went into The Thanet store to look for a new TV
Owen help us pick at TV with our requirements and price plan he was very professional and helpful
Owen even helped us load the TV into our car in the rain
