Will it be Currys next time???…
It took me the best part of an hour from start to finish to purchase a not cheap tv.
I could not apply a clearly stated discount code when I was ordering for collection, all the currys assistants were helpful but it took quite a lot of head scratching amongst them to finally apply it.
I suggest these things are made difficult so we don't bother and Currys keep more money???

Lack of care…
The lady who told us about the product was very helpful however we had an issue with product and staff were dismissive and lacked care. They had not got a clue how to solve the issue. One staff member went home when dealing with our issue. Eventually told us to ring up the helpline.
