We visited the store to purchase a new laptop and were slowly getting overwhelmed browsing. Thankfully, the lovely Sophie came to our rescue and guided us with ease. Sophie made the overall experience a pleasant one, talking us through the various payment and warranty options. Thank you for your help Sophie! We are looking forward to setting up our new laptop!

Bought my item on 30/9/26 still waiting for it come into store for me to collect.

Went to Currys Stafford to buy a Microwave Oven. As the payment was made, the Salesman's Sales Electronic Device froze. Payment was taken but no Sales Order Number completed. The Store Manager was consulted and he told the salesman to treat it as a Frozen Sale. We were asked to make another attempt which we did. Everything went through ok. The following day, checking the Credit Card Account showed we had been charged twice. At the store we asked for a refund of one of the Charges. £189. After various deliberations, we were asked to take it up with the Credit Card. We objected saying the CC will not cancel a valid transaction just because we told them we had been charged twice. We asked the store to refund our CC directly, they said they couldn't because there was no Sales Number generated from the transaction and had to go through official procedure which may take Days or in some cases it may take a couple of weeks for the procedure to complete we were told. We left the store Angry that the onus was put on US to sort it out initially and after objecting, instead of giving us a Refund on the SECOND Payment which had Sales Number with it and sorted the problem internally, they insisted on the long winded procedure. We left saying when the purchased item arrived in store, we would cancel the order along with the Care Plan and be back for a refund of BOTH CC Payments plus the Plan Payment.

Just bought a soundbar from curry’s unfortunately I struggled to get it working I phoned up Currys customer service and the young lady talked me through how to set it up I didn’t get it working then but after she had gone I went through the same process she told me and all of a sudden the soundbar burst into life and it works great, thanks for your patience and putting up with an old man struggling with the buttons I got there in the end thank you. Called in at curry's stafford, Today 25th September, with my friend who wanted to purchase an alexa. We were served by a very nice helpful young man name George. He went above and beyond, to explain everything to us,as we're not part of the tech generation. Thank you George.

Initial service was good, however when the product was found to be faulty it was impossible to get in touch with the store by phone (though a premium number did appear to be available. This resulted in visits to the store which could have been avoided. The call centre was unusable due to the loud background noise.

Staff were very pleasant and helpful with my purchase, television not in stock but was ordered and delivered to my home the next day, excellent service keep up the good work, it was nice to go into a store and speak to a actual person rather than doing everything on line. Very happy thank you .

I was in the shop for long time. The staff were very nice and supportive. I bought a fridge freezer, washing machine,tumble dryer, dishwasher, TV etc... and I got a parking ticket parking next to the curries store i purchased stuff worth £1800 + £60 parking ticket for buying from curries

Been delivered a fridge freezer yesterday, but noticed a dent in the bottom left corner at the back of it.
Don't think it effecting the performance of the appliance though.
I have emailed them with pictures and receipts and got automated one back so they no longer answer the emails.
I have called 5 time going through all the automated chat and two I got through to where I think I should be talking to someone its hung up or I just can't hear anyone.

I have emailed Curry with ref number provided from the Currys reply on trust pilot site with receipt of purchase and pictures take on the day of delivery but haven't received any thing back.

Saw an assistant, gave him the product details and was ordered ,free delivery and received the item the following day. All this was done in a matter of minutes.
