Helpful staff just a shame about the wait
Just waiting on arrival of a laptop right now. However on Sunday the staff were so very helpful and it was busy in store which didn't help.

Best value for money.
When we went into look at the phone the person was very helpful and although they was still training was really nice to deal with.
We collected our new phone 2 days later in the store which was our choice and had the screen saver put on in store.
My only negative would be, I couldn't hear the person today as they spoke very quiet and I am a little hard of hearing.
Not their just my hearing.

Went to Currys

After a long wait in the store for help to place our order the remainder of the process was very efficient.

Great customer service
Our TV died completely - and without warning - and tests and checks confirmed that it was beyond repair. So we needed to buy a new TV the same day and our local Currys was the only option if we wanted a good selection to choose from. We toured the TV section a few times before identifying one we wanted to find out more about, then found a member of staff to help us. I had seen the Currys adverts which portray their staff as super helpful and knowledgeable but hadn't set much store by them. How wrong I was! Andy was really knowledgeable about the brand and the product range in general and gave us all the information we needed to make the right choice. He was really friendly, and genuinely helpful and enthusiastic. He made sure we got the best deal possible on the new TV and soundbar, it's been a long time since I've experienced such great customer service. We are really happy with both purchases.
