Initial experience was not good. No one came to help, then I had to search to find someone. Arrangements for lap top to be in store inside a week did not happen. Then Gordon intervened and sorted everything out. What a difference! Gordon is a 10+ star.

Very disappointing customer service and a very frustrating experience.

I purchased a gaming chair, but unfortunately after opening the box I realised that it did not fit properly in the room. I contacted the Peterborough store to ask about returning it, but was told that opened boxes cannot be returned and that I should check online.

I then contacted the online customer service team, only to be told to check with the Peterborough store. I went back to the store, and the person at the counter simply repeated that they do not accept returns once the box has been opened.

This leaves the customer in a difficult position. If the customer is told to check online, and online customer service sends them back to the store, who is actually responsible for dealing with the return query?

I understand that the company may have concerns about reselling an opened product, but that is not something the customer should simply be dismissed with. The customer deserves a clear explanation of the returns policy and consistent advice from both the store and online customer service.

The whole experience felt like being passed from one place to another without anyone taking ownership of the issue.

Very poor customer service and communication.

Matt was very helpful and understood my requirements. The whole experience of sale was very quick, efficient and very pleasant.

The sell person was great
He explained everything to the point that we convinced to buy the item on spot
He was very kind,professional and helpful ,assisted us completing our purchase with ease

Absolute rubbish service. Order Fire Angel Co2 detector. 3 messages saying preparing order, despatching and arrived at Currys Peterborough. Trundle down there 2 days later and despite 2 of them searching warehouse no sign of my order. We will refund money on 5 to 7 days to your card. I don't want refund just the good I ordered. Then blame it on DP saying with small items drivers often don't delivery item. Well they shouldn't sign for it then!! Suggest if your brave enough to order something from them even if you get an email saying delivered phone the store before you waste your time and petrol to make sure it is there.

Amna who helped us find the right oven was amazing. Her knowledge was second to none and went above and beyond to help us. We will definitely look out for her for future purchases from the store. A great experience and an asset to Currys.

I bought a fridge freezer and realised the following day that the free recycling was not shown. I phoned the call centre, no help at all.
I called in to the shop and was helped by a young man behind the counter, who dealt with my problem quickly, efficiently and with no fuss.
On delivery, they phoned in advance to let me know they were on their way, unpacked, fitted and old fridge removed, all with a cheery attitude and a smile on their faces.

Firstly, I go into store to buy a laptop today. After looking at 5 different models, 4 of them were "clearance" so if I wanted it I would have had to take the display model. I was happy to take the one that was not clearance so I could get a boxed new model. cue 10 mins later any they could not find it in stock so I left.

I then went online and picked the model I liked and picked delivery. It allowed me to pick a slot only to then tell me it couldn't deliver to my area (I live near town and about 3 miles for one of their superstores). So I click collection. On the laptop when I save and continue it does nothing and does not move on to payments. I then switch to the ipad and it lets me go to payment but even though I had selected collect in store which was saved, it told me it could not deliver. Eventually after using my wife's Ipad it went through.

This is not the first time this happened and I struggled to buy 2 £1,000's ipads previously and almost went elsewhere. Curry's really needs to up their game and the robustness of their online platform.

He was very helpfull .it was quick to process my order. The only thing is to find staff to help . Thank you
