Currys - Oxford Street East Omdömen 

After I have decided to collect my items from the Oxford Street store (London) then all was fine. I have initially gone to Currys Brixton (London), but your manager there had no idea about the Home tech scheme and he was absurdly rude and completely dismissive to me when I tried to explain him what I was looking for - I almost cancelled my buy from Currys - but Oxford Street staff - London - were perfect. You should have a serious conversation with your store manager at Brixton Store and maybe pay him some customer service training... he was just awful.

I went to Oxford Street London Curry's to place an order to be picked from the store paying cash on 8.10. The employee was not able to confirm delivery date and I still don't know when it will be delivered for sure today 11.10 which is weird. Also their central call center confirmed another product I was interested in was actually in stock which was false info as we could not order it at the Curry's store.

I received excellent service and the staff (Anwar) who attended to me was very professional. There was a misunderstanding in the delivery fees which he handled very well and he resolved it on the spot. Anwar was very patient in explaining the different models of iPhone and gave genuine advice.

Awful client service from one of the sales person

TERRIBLE SERVICE AND PRODUCT. Brought a laptop at the Oxford Street Branch London. Got it home and it didnt work. I couldnt find the receipt, but had a time, date, store details, credit card details and bank statement showing the purchase. My local shop in Didcot Oxfordshire couldnt find a receipt online. They wouldnt accept it to fix it. Been onto customer services, they only help with online purchases. Narinder the call agent, i have the transcript, told me she would email the Oxford Street Branch to contact me, that was over a week ago to find the purchase and receipt in their system, nothing. No contact. Im living abroad and this was a purchase as a gift for my pensioner mother so she can keep in contact with me. We now have a laptop that is useless and a pensioner who is on her own and isolated.

I bought an AMD Ryzen 7 9850X3D from Currys during the advertised Onimusha: Way of the Sword promotion, but I never received the AMD coupon code.

I contacted Currys support and explained that I bought the CPU in store and paid cash. Instead of resolving it, I was eventually told I would need to physically return to the store to get the code, even though this was an advertised promotion attached to the product.

The CPU is eligible for the promotion and I still have my receipt and proof of purchase. I just want Currys to provide the promotional code that should have come with the purchase without making me travel back to the store unnecessarily.

Really frustrating experience for what should be a very simple issue.

Really bad experienced with the sales assistance (Deepro) plus the managers on duty for the second day visit to complained for the extra charges I have been charged and has not been removed even though they made the error on the charges. I felt they stole money from my account.

Curry’s not delivering on collection dates and not being contacted with updates
