Currys - Old Kent Road Omdömen 

I give the delivery drivers; Daniel and John 10/10 for the delivery of the AEG cooker. They explained everything about the cooker, they were very patient, fitted the cooker,, everything was smooth. God bless them. The delivery drivers in South East London, Old Kent Road branch.

I went to currys to collect a TV. When I arrived there was nobody at the till after waiting about 5mins a member of staff went to collect the TV. I couldn't believe when I saw them dragging the box across the floor. I understand the box may be well packaged but they should handle items better than this.

Young lad who served me had No idea about the product I was buying. Only interested if I wanted him to get one out of back storage. Then disappeared after he took my item to till. I hung around for few minutes and asked older sales assistant who did know most things. I am disabled customer so standing around is not the easiest for me

Absolutely disapponted on the customer service received from Currys Business. They have sold me a faulty washing machine and now I am going around in circles with manufacturer and currys and none of them are able to sort out.

Always bought products from Currys but first time ending up with a faulty item and its been a nightmare to resolve.

Already contacted business support team who added more disappointment clearly showing no regards to the issue.

Very good and I would say that Rashid who sold me the item was excellent. I did make the point to the manager. The assistant was exemplary.

The manager on shift that day which seems like a busy was just great with helping me out. Also, AJi and Arnold are gems. They took their time and expertise to make sure customer satisfaction is met . At the end of the day, I left satisfied and happily with my appliance. A big thank you to all three for your hard work, patience, help,understanding, going above and beyond to make sure the customer is satisfied and happy. Visited Currys the 15/09/26 in the afternoon, hence the manager. Sorry I forgot your name but you're awesome, keep up with the good job.

I had a very pleasant experience, reason being is because I was there as soon as the store opened, so it was quite. Within minutes of arrival and looking around for a small tv, I was approached by a store employee Roshid, he was a breath of fresh air given the time of day. He was professional, friendly and knowledgeable. The store was well organised, bright and clean as usual. I now wished that i'd gone along with his choice, as i'm now regretting my purchase. I had a 28" Samsung unfortunately that size was no longer available and I chosed a JVC which in my opinion is not as good as the Samsung brand.

Delivered on time and properly installed. Fair price.
