spot on

spot on , I wasn't bombarded by staff when I arrived in the norwich branch, I prefer to go to staff 😀 service was excellent, delivery service was spot on cheerful staff in with the new appliance and out with the old thankyou

Service in store was appalling

Service in store was appalling. Staff wondering around doing nothing.
Wanted to purchase 2 televisions.
You ask the staff for help,there response is i dont work on that section,i will get someone to help. 30 minutes later someone comes to help.
Terrible service. This store is always like it. Terrible management.

A good shopping experience

We were left to look at the washing machines and to make a choice without having pushy sales assistants bothering us, which I like when shopping. There did seem to be a shortage of staff on duty. This isn't a fault of the staff who were there, but more a head office problem.
A good experience, the staff member knew what he was doing and saw to our purchase quickly. Nice and chatty too. Even helped the warehouse staff to get the machine into the car.

Keanu in the Norwich branch is a great credit to Currys…

We got talking to Keanu in the Norwich branch on the Friday re buying a new laptop. He is a very pleasant young man who knew a lot about the products we looked at and gave us the impression we were talking to a very genuine person who would not compromise honestly for the sake of a sale. We asked him when he was next at work and we returned on Sunday and purchased the laptop and also Charger, 5M HDMI to HDMI cable, USB A to C cable and a well padded Sandstrom backpack to protect the laptop on our travels. We will seek him out when we next purchase a kindle and replace our phones and tablets which are getting to the end of their lives. Thank you Keanu.

The salesperson was very amenable and…

The salesperson was very amenable and helpful. The freezer we had chosen was not in stock and he suggested a slightly wider one. In actual fact it is perfect. He and another salesperson lifted the freezer into the boot for us.
