Currys - Leicester Fosse Omdömen 

I bought a TV with a two-year warranty, and it has broken twice. They keep sending it away for repair, and each time I am left without a TV for a few days. The service has been very poor.

It is shit company but unfortunately I don’t have any option……

Jess, the staff member, was absolutely brilliant. She knew her stuff. We were originally looking at another Bosch fridge freezer and she then pointed us towards another one of the same make and features but £100 cheaper, and £200 off the original price. And it's smart enabled! So she went out of her way to find us a good deal instead of us buying the more expensive one, and it's not even smart! She was also helpful in us choosing a tablet for our 9 year old son, and knew which compatible Bluetooth keyboard would work with it. Great service from her!

The lady was very helpful and didn't mind waiting for my answers and questions really nice thank you

Had tumble dryer delivered today. Expected it would be unpacked and packaging taken away as I'm sure it used to be. Don't think it's too much to ask as I paid for delivery.

I was quite happy to part with £250 of my hard earned cash for a new Chromebook, up until I’d paid for it and was then told “It doesn’t come with a power lead!!?” An additional £30 as I was told! Then, it was explained to me I may need a new printer as my Canon (purchased from curry’s only 2 years ago) would not be compatible with the Chromebook? So that would have been another additional £200. By this time I had become somewhat frustrated with the whole debacle. To that end I decided to request a refund of what I had just paid for (the Chromebook). And pray tell me why the monies go directly from my account, and yet for some totally unknown reason, I, have to wait 3-5 working days for the refund to be sent to my account.!!!!
Is it any wonder that people of today are truly fed up with getting ripped off, when all we want is for others to be honest, upfront, and truthful. At the moment in my book that’s a big ask at Curry’s Fosse Park!!!!!!

Friendly, personable sales assistant. It would have been a 5 star review had I not had to ask for someone to come and assist me on the product I wanted due to no one being available upstairs.

Customer advisor was very polite and efficient. The manager also arranged a slight discount due to the amount of money that was spent on all the appliances purchased

As a dedicated purchaser spending thousands of pounds at Fosse park store. I went in today with a HP printer fault. The colleague was obstructive before I had explained the issue. He continued in a dismissive manner almost being rude.Although he identified the printer fault exactly as I presented from purchasing the printer. Despite being refused ! my request to speak to a Manager. The colleague went away to influence the Manager hence when I tried to explain my issue he had pre decided to ignore me based on his colleagues bias influence Their attitude was deplorable. I now have a case reference number from HP direct who after a very long phone call diagnosed the issue and corrected it remotely. Also as the store manager offered me a mere 10 percent discount the exact replacement printer now has a Three year warranty not as my recent purchase of one years. As a previous Instructor in Forensic Mental Health I recognise poor professional customer and as a Police qualified Customer Service Excellence I would have been admonished for this level of disservice.

Whilst waiting for your conclusion the Connectivity has again Failed.

What made the experience truly amazing was the quality of service and how smoothly everything went. I felt well looked after throughout, and the whole process was better than I expected. It was a fantastic experience that left me feeling confident and happy with my purchase.

After a frustrating experience ordering an iPad online for our daughter, I decided to visit Currys Fosse Park in Leicester instead. And I’m so glad I did!

We were greeted by Zahir, who was genuinely one of the loveliest, most helpful members of staff I’ve ever encountered.

I’m normally someone who prefers to browse without being approached, but Zahir was welcoming, friendly and not remotely pushy. He went above and beyond to help us, finding fantastic deals on the iPad and accessories, making sure we got the best value for money.

What really stood out was his genuine kindness, knowledge and enthusiasm. He wasn’t just trying to make a sale; he genuinely cared about helping us.

It actually made me think about how much we’ve lost by shopping online. We’ve become so used to convenience that we’ve forgotten how lovely human interaction can be.

People like Zahir are exactly why we need to keep shopping in stores and supporting the people who work in them.

We are often quick to complain but not nearly quick enough to praise exceptional service.

Zahir is an absolute credit to Currys, and I sincerely hope his management team recognises what an asset they have.

He probably thought he was just helping a mum buy an iPad, but he actually reminded me how lovely people can be.

It was so easy to get my fridge freezer. I was assisted in time, delivery was fast and easy.

Greeted at the door and immediately guided to the area I needed.
Great advice and guidance when I found what I needed,

I visited curry's recently to enquire about a product and was helped by Zahir in your Fosse Park store. He couldnt have been more helpful, however the product i was after was not available, so I did not make a purchase that day.
However a few weeks later, just having just moved house, I was in need of kitchen electrical appliances so because of Zahirs helpful manner previously, I made a return to the store, specifically to see Zahir - and after another helpful visit, I made a purchase.

Proof that great customer service that leaves a lasting impression, will always bring returning clients and repeat business.

Zahir is professional, knowledgeable and a genuinely nice guy who goes above and beyond.
