Currys - Leeds Birstall Omdömen 

My wife and I visited Currys on Tuesday this week seeking a new 50 inch uhd tv and were greeted by Faz who we would wish our compliments to be passed onto him for his very pleasant, knowledgeable and professional attitude he displayed we are highly delighted with the whole process and the product we purchased. No service it felt like we were in the way

Easy to order and quick delivery and very helpful

Turned up on time and kept me updated about the order.

Faz the salesman was very helpful, was very knowledgeable and pointed us in the right direction, offering us alternative options that we hadn't considered.

I was buying 2x tv and a playstation 5
They promised me a deal
They got me to a till and offered some batteries and tv wipes as the deal
I cancled one of the tv’s and dont want to shop at currys anymore

Helpful member of staff who stopped what he was doing to serve me on the collection desk as no one was currently there when I arrived. Very polite. Helpful. In and out of the shop very quickly.

Great product kept me updated on thr delivery the delivery men rang before arrival and were very nice and helpful.

They did exactly what they said they would delivery was within the time, installation was quick and fuss free and the machine itself is great. Ordering was easy in the shop.

Brilliant assistant, as we bought a few products at one time. Gave us a a great deal .

Frank was so patient and helpful as I tried to decide which laptop to choose. Also Dime, was the same, so friendly and understanding he was very good in explaining al that I needed to know.
Both members of staff were a credit to Curry's. I will certainly come again.

Very polite and helpful

I booked ahead for my item and it was ready for collection within 10 minutes.
Collected it from an assistant who was very helpful.
She gave me my order straight away and discussed warranties with me. I saw her last time I went, and I thought she was extremely helpful and she seemed to know a lot about my order.
I trust Curry's. You go in and they let you look but they always ask if you need help. I know some people don't like this but I love it. It takes me back to a better time when shopping in stores was fun, and you felt important. Curry's reassures me that they place you first. You matter. You don't get this kind of treatment very often elsewhere. They have loads of stuff and lots of well-informed sales people. Thanks again, Curry's, and the girl whose name I can't remember, for another great shopping experience!

I went to buy a dishwasher in Curry's at Birstall. They halped with the purchase and added the installation on the second attempt after a lot of faff over the telephone with customer service who could not add it in the first place. I had to travel twice to fix it at Birstall.

Then on the day of delivery as we did not receive any call or text called up customer services again: they reported that delivery was cancelled and advised to go the shop again.

Went there and explained. No apologies as that not their fault. Tried to put the blame on me as they thought I cancelled it as per the customer team notes. Again I had to explain that I only called the customer team as I was expecting the delivery and installation today
They don't know what happened. Agent tried her best to solve it. But I would be now wasting three weekends in total sorting this faff without a purpose waiting for the delivery. And still no apology.

I wasn't hounded by staff, I was left to my own devices. when I needed help in a purchase a member of staff was there and helped brilliantly. The item was delivered within acouple of days and within the time scale given

Argos let us down on the day they promised delivery. We went on the curry’s site, ordered the same appliance and got it delivered the very next morning. The drivers were punctual and very polite. Thank you. Don’t know why I didn’t use curry’s in the first place.
