Not a great experience.
Ordered a very expensive iPad which was due for delivery 2 days later but it hadn’t arrived when I went to the store. I never received an. Email saying it was ready for collection. The following day I contacted customer services to find out where it was and was told it had been delivered the day before, so I went to the store again. The man I dealt with the day before could not find the iPad. A female assistant butted and when I tried to explain the issue properly she became very rude and accused us of being awkward! Another assistant from the ‘help and advice counter came over and was very polite and helpful. He went off and after about 5 minutes he came back having found my iPad which had been delivered at 6pm the night before but had not been booked in for some reason but bunged onto a shelf not in the warehouse. It caused me quite a lot of stress as I had to visit the store twice, a round trip of 20+ miles and put up with an extremely rude assistant who was clearly not suited to the roll.

aged 76 and not too technical I paid 25 pounds to get all my data transferred Iwas told to come m
back in an hour and a half.
On my return I was told they could not do it , my £25 was returned but I was told to transfer all my data on my own.

Store perfect
No complaints regarding service at store when collecting my purchase, they get 5 stars. However trouble with ordering on line, cleared by finance company for interest free credit, but refused by Curry's when placing order. So paid in full because I needed this item, that's why reduced to three stars
