Today we received delivery of our new oven, it was delivered within the 1/2 an hour time given before arriving at our house, delivery men were so helpful and all was so easy, we found Curry’s once again brilliant to deal with, another purchase today went well.

Unhappy
The assistants don’t know how to serve customers with a smile. They all had frowned faces. When we ask questions, it’s like we are bothering them and not why they are there for. One assistant says something another says another thing, they dont know what they are doing. Horrible!!

Lovely staff
The staff member was so very helpful. There was no problem whatsoever with the item I returned, then I went on to buy a new tv and again, he was very knowledgeable and helpful without being pushy. Great service all round!

Did not have stock available when I…
Did not have stock available when I went to the store in person. Ordered a different product online to collect later. When collected, a member of the team helped to bring the item outside and helped get it into the car.

Washing machine install not balanced
Bought a new Samsung washer from curry’s and paid for the additional installation. All fine, aside from the fact that the washer hasn’t been balanced and it vibrates and moves when on the spin cycle. I would’ve thought this would’ve been tested prior to finishing.

Snowflake
Joey, was very good looking after us helping to set up galaxy watch for me. Friendly, professional, knowledgeable and very helpful. He just forgot to tell me that I needed an adapter to plug in my c charger cable so that I can use a USB plug and charge my watch. Currys don't sell these nor do lots of other shops . Please advise people that they can buy a bank with 5 USB ports and one C port in the cheap shop round the corner from B & M on the Hardwick called Poundland discount store.

Acknowledged as soon as I walked in the door but not hassled at all, after a few minuets I needed help, was again noticed and as asked if I was ok, told gentleman my query, he listened and called over a member of staff, told the staff member exactly what I was and was not looking for.
This member of staff was also extremely patient with me and answered my questions in a way I understood .
Excellent service this time and product was in stock.
