Went to buy a television, was served by Ross. He was a very pleasant and knowledgeable salesperson, who explained everything in detail and made my purchase straightforward and easy.

They were unable to have delivery and installation of a cooker on the same day - couldn’t give an installation date at all!

Needed a new microwave. Wanted something small and simple.
Found web site easy to understand and navigate.
Ordering process and simple.
Choice of how to pay.
No next day delivery available but arrived in a few days as stated.
Very happy !

The man (I think his name was Lucas) was helpful and kept the purchase straightforward.

I was assisted by staff who were SO understanding and helpful .. and very quickly resolved my enquiry .
I would hghly recommend this shop and its staff.

Shark vacuum cleaner was replaced, after it developed a fault 9 months after purchase, with no hassle. Staff members were helpful.

On 1st Oct went to currys met a helpfully assistant got a good deal over the weekend didn't expect my delivery but come Monday I tracked it to around 12.3o to 13.0pm unfortunately I had a previous hearing test that afternoon but I left instructions for the driver and when I got home the product was where I asked for it to be so big thanks for that ....

No response to help from their care and repair package. Do not trust them to respond.

My experience was absolutely horrendous as the attitude of the so called sales assistant was terrible as he approached with an attitude and could not care less if he sold anything is my opinion also my partner had the same opinion I also know that a friend of mine was in the store two weeks previous on the intention of buying six tvs for rooms he lets out &he also was disappointed as he said that the sales assistants were not very helpfull otherwise not interested as he said to me so he went elsewhere & bought the goods that he needed as I am an older citizen I feel the attitude of the sales assistants needs to be brought to the attention of senior managers maybe a course on customer relations for your staff before people stop going in & go elsewhere & by the looks of how busy the store was I think customers are getting goods in other establishments sorry but very very dissapointedf

Excellent service

The sales advisor was very helpful. I wanted to buy a multi surface floor cleaner. Which arrived yesterday. On reading the instructions, it stated that the cleaner was for hard floors, tiles and marble. So not what I had hoped for. I will return to store on Wednesday

I must apologise, to Curry’s. It was the User Manual that did not mention carpets. I googled the Mova M50 and it does mention carpets. So sorry to have given a negative review. Looking forward to using it now

Curry's has very good prices, staff are very helpful and polite.

Was greeted at door promptly and told where to go .then spoke to a man who said he did not know what to do and to wait for other man to serve me .After 20 mins was told could not get like for like replacement and to go to other side of store and chose something else. Then had trouble with price difference and extended warranty, still have not been refunded the difference.

I did not have to wait long to be served and the ember of staff eho attended to me was very helpful.

Wide range of the particular type of product that I wanted and at a very competitive price.

Quick to order, ready the same day and helpful staff organised collection quickly and even helped me load it into my car.

they replaced my screen protector free as they should as it was damaged.
