He took the time to compare the washing machines I was looking for and clearly explained the differences between them. He also answered all of my questions efficiently and made the whole process easy and straightforward.

in shop experience very good( hayes lombardi)
however , driver did not give notice for delivery, told by the store( and on order confirmation paperwork ) that the oven would be unpacked and packaging taken away, delivery drivers informed me that they dont unpack or take the packaging away when you buy a cooker , only do that if you buy fridge/freezer, tv etc.... only giving five stars for the shop assistant. disapointed...

The TV I ordered online arrived earlier than the initially specified date and when I went to collect, it was a short wait and the product delivered fast.

Had what I wanted in stock. Reasonably priced, good service, no waiting around.

Good shop for online or in store shopping for electronics with competitive price.

The reason why I am give 3 star is just for the payment or collection counter service. It’s very bad. Thy took ages to get your item. Very very lazy staff. You have to wait for a long time in the queue. Even if the queue is very small like 3-4 person on that case as well they took ages. You can see so many staff are there but one 1-2 person are at the counter even if they have 3-4 on counter I don’t know that they are doing there.

If I compared to the other places they are very quick in picking your item and everyone is on the counter so that the que not getting bigger.

I am tagging the location as well so that if someone from the Currys review this they can take action and do some surprise inspection by just observing what they are doing without disclosing identity that they are auditing or investigating them.

I purchased a Ninja Air Fryer from the Hayes branch in London, and unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing.

The staff appeared miserable, disinterested and lacking in basic customer service. While I was being served, the member of staff dealing with me became distracted by another customer who was looking for a phone charger and proceeded to deal with them instead. I was left waiting until I eventually had to speak to another member of staff, who asked whether I had actually been served.

I also wanted to purchase a kettle that was on display in the store. I was told, however, that it could only be purchased online. The member of staff checked with her manager, who confirmed that I would have to go onto the website and place the order myself. I found this completely ridiculous. If an item is on display in a shop, surely customers should be able to purchase it there, rather than being directed to a website. What should have been a simple purchase was unnecessarily complicated, so I decided to look elsewhere.

While this was happening, another couple nearby were also having a dispute with staff, apparently regarding the return of a microwave. The situation only added to the impression of a poorly managed and chaotic store.

Overall, the experience was incredibly frustrating. The staff were impolite, unhelpful and showed very little customer care or professionalism. It felt more like a circus than a properly run retail store. I would strongly recommend that management look seriously at the level of customer service being provided at this branch.

We purchased a washing machine and Cutis was really helpful with everything. He answered all our questions very simply and would recommend the Hayes store as we have purchased a few things from there now from the same staff member. Great service

If I could ot would be 0 starts.
Bought a toaster - toaster broke. Went to the store - no help whatsoever. Spoke to various staff members including shift manager. No name badges so of you don't ask for a name- you have no idea who you are dealing with.

The guy he served is very good, polite, and helpful. Everyone should do the same like him. He’s a great guy.
